MMDA Lawton Illegal Terminal (Eng Subs)

How has the illegal terminal in Lawton been able to operate for so many years?
For those that haven't seen my previous videos about Lawton, aside from the illegal transport terminal, it's a hot spot for colorum vehicles.
I remember one time the MMDA apprehended a colorum bus and when they tried to check the identifiers on the chasis, they had been removed with a grinder!
Since the terminal doesn't have any bathroom facilities, people do their business next to the vehicles and it's quite smelly
