Double or triple or quadruple the fines on all fines and guaranteed they will learn their lesson on not parking illegally or do any violations.
The city can install a barrier or metal post just like they do it in Europe. No one can park because of the barrier. It is a good investment for the city and good for the taxpayers (now they can walk easily), I wonder why they don’t do it. Maybe they need (city officials) can visit these cities in Europe to learn how to subdue parking violator repeatedly!!

do all the research you can and do all the planning you would ever think of.... at the end of the day....the reason the jeepney situation is old, decrepit, low standards, and stagnating all these decades is its for the poor commuters... it is a industry that serves a lot for so little profit thus cheap vehicles and low fares, you cant inject vehicles costing millions to own and more to operate without raising the fare prices.... so this modernization is not for the commuting public, its for the people who dont even ride jeepneys anymore.

The drivers of the modernized jeeps are earning a lot more.

Single owner-operator-driver is simply not financially viable. It's worse for the driver and it's worse for commuters.
