Not only do I remember Centurions (Power Extreme), but my brother and I saw this movie opening night back when we were in grade school. If you think you were thinking WTF, the whole audience seemed equally confused (but it was weirdly entertaining)

    You absolutely nailed it.
I had early childhood memories of this film, but had no idea what it was called - thought it was Mandroid, but after searching for it in the early Internet age, I figured I must have made a mistake.
I saw a Reddit thread mentioning it a couple of years ago, and finally searched TH-cam today. I was right about Mandroid - as that’s the character’s name.
It’s crazy that Eliminators is never mentioned anywhere.
Weird, but I can imagine why I’d have had fond memories of this as a 6 year old. Looks like it was targeted specifically at that age group.
    Nice review!

Mandroid has a torpedo launcher built into his robot arm. That’s some Inspector Gadget level situational weaponry. What would have had happened if he wasn’t in a boat? Just seems strange that when they put him back together someone was like “God yes are we going to give our special Mandroid an arm torpedo for aquatic adventures, hell yeah!”

If you had told me this movie was about a RoboCop, a magical ninja and Tasha Yar from star trek tng all teaming up to fight natives, an evil mad scientist and his borderlands merchs all with stock roman centurion footage peppered throughout, and that all of this was the inspiration for a farcry game...I would have asked you if it was infact a personal fever dream.... but here we are!
    Wow...

M2-am not is a horrible name for that little robot.
It looks more like a tiny prototype of a black hole robot, so you should've named him Vincent Jr.
And as long as your looking for hard to find sci-fi, try finding Knights.
Knights came out in 1993, has Lance Henriksen as a cyborg vampire, and stars kickboxing champion Kathy Long as the hero.
It even has Kris Kristofferson as Gabriel, the last good android.
    ...
Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who even knows about this movie...
