Hey Jayda n Mister!, such a lovely lacey pattern!! Easy too!! Old timers like me like that as well! lol Baby booties, or a cap along w/this would be so nice!! Or a crocheted rattle that made noise!! A little round one stuffed with something that makes noise!! Or a head band w/ a flower…. Lots of ideas… Great video as usual… ❤️
Wow I've been crocheting for a few years now and this is my first baby blanket! I made it with the mint color way of the big scoop yarn and I absolutely love it! Thank you for the wonderful pattern!!! 🥰
I am making this pattern in the caron ombre color salmon. It looks beautiful. I also used 4ply and a 6.5 hook. I love how this pattern is working up. So easy and quick. Love your channel. I have made your 12 point star blanket at 10 times now. I made one for an adult it came out awesome. Thank you for all your wonderful patterns.
I just finished making this lovely blanket for my friend's new baby. As we can't easily get Big Scoop in the UK, I used three balls of ordinary Ice Cream yarn - in case it helps anyone who isn't using Big Scoop, I needed 270g of yarn for my 61 (as opposed to 65) row blanket, using loose tension.
Love this pattern Jayda! I am currently working on a baby blanket using your Pixie Pattern. My favorite stitch for baby blankets. I think the next blanket I am going to make is this lovely pattern.
What a beauty 😍! I'm definitely going to make it, probably though in a solid white since I have no Lion brand big scoop. I also have a friend who asked me to make her a hat to match a pair of gloves 🧤 she bought & loves, in a granny pattern 😁. I thought she'd like this stitch, since (like me) she tends to run hot 🥵😊.
Love this pattern. I used Lion Brand Ice Cream Roving Divagation yarn - color: blueberry pie. The recipient loves it. It’s a beautiful pattern and I will be doing another soon
Love Lionbrand ❤. I tend to only use Coboo, 24/7 and truboo now. I have sensitivity to manmade fibers and I’m allergic to animal hair too 😳 I love repeating patterns and this is lacey 🥰😊
Hi Jada , well I do not have your yellow yarn but a left over blue from lion brand - I just hope I have enough to finish the baby blanket With out having to buy more ! As l am trying to lower my stash of yarn from different! markers By the way have you given any thought to making a bag for people who use walkers it would be very useful I could use one for a friend and your instructions are really great Thank you Wendy❤ 0:00
Hi Wendy, this pretty little pattern would look good in a ton of different colours 😁 Yes, we have a tutorial and pattern for a bag for people who use walkers, you can find that here: th-cam.com/video/4OlCNzjFoVU/w-d-xo.html
I have a question,Jayda. I followed the written pattern I purchased from your Etsy store. It says that at the end of row one, you should have 16 “fans”. After ripping out and starting over at least three times, I only have 14 fans! What am I doing wrong? ( Maybe it’s a misprint?)
Hi Janet! Thank you so much for picking up the pattern 💗 YES! Goodness me, it should be 14 Fans and 13 Ch-3 loops. That is a misprint (I was thinking 16 repeats not 14, silly me). I've made the edit and if you redownload the pattern, you should have the revised copy. Just message me if it doesn't work for you 😊
Sorry I missed this. !! A few years ago I tried this yarn and was so disappointed it was so full of knots and and tangles and splits that I decided to never use it again. Thinking now it must have been defective or possibly a returned product. So bought some more today and going to make this for my new baby grandaughter.
Hi Crocus! It drives me nuts when that happens! I haven't had that sort of issue come up with any Lion Brand yarn myself, but I did just have that happen with a ball of Bernat Blanket which really irritated me 😂
Oh I can't keep them straight. I have a condition called DBI OR DBD. DIABETIC BRAIN Injury also called Diabetic Brain Disease. You can Google it if you are interested to know about it. 🙏🏻💞
With a bit of pattern alteration, that would also make a lovely shawl.
Absolutely!
I live it, it's such a happy color.
It's a beautiful elegant baby blanket.
Thank you for watching Brooklyn 😊
Cute as button, Jayda!!! I think this would also make a cute summer tank top with a cami underneath. Thanks for sharing!!! Have a good morning!!!❤
Great idea!! Thank you for watching Traci 😊

Has anyone made this smaller with just two regular ice cream rolls?
I'm working on this now. I have made it with loose tension and will need a third ball - one ball got me to midway in row 26.
I do have a nephew that needs a bigger blanket. He has the smaller welcome home blanket but i think this one is larger?
This one is wider and can be made longer than I made it easily!
I have been making granny squares with that exact color
It's such a pretty colourway!
Hi Jayda. I have Ice cream. But not big scoop. Is that ok?
Hi Elaine, you'll probably need 2 - 3 skeins of regular Ice Cream to complete a blanket of this size 😊
Sorry I missed you.
Hi Kim! It wasn't live, Fridays usually are not 😊
Oh I can't keep them straight. I have a condition called DBI OR DBD. DIABETIC BRAIN Injury also called Diabetic Brain Disease. You can Google it if you are interested to know about it. 🙏🏻💞
I 😘 be this blanket. 🥰
Not a big fan of this one
Hi Valarie!
Don't like this blanket jas too much hole spaces for baby blanket
Then use it for something else like a lap throw or a shawl. So negative…😢
