    Hello I have a question, After doing bahir kumbhaka, you inhale and exhale normally and after that, you do kevala? Thanks in advance! and thanks for sharing

    • @yogalap
      @yogalap  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Dear Aline, after doing Bahya Kumbhaka, Kevela kumbhaka is not recommended because your CO2 levels will already be high and O2 levels low. Best to do Antara Kumbhaka or jus breathe normally.
      Keep up the practice to cultivate the light within ❤️

    Hi. Why can't we squeeze the moola bandha on the inhale? Why only on the exhale?

    • @yogalap
      @yogalap  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dear Marco, you can, it is just a different technique. Feel how it is different and you tell me what you feel is different.

    Why do swami rama told not to create gap between breaths.

    • @yogalap
      @yogalap  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      These 'gaps' are called Kumbhakas in ancient Pranayama knowledge and are a very important part of pranayama. When breathing 'normally in daily life' this should not be there and there should be a continuous flow of the breath.
      Peace and blessings,
      Michaël
