    Thank you.
    Visited the GP re: indigestion.
First and only thing recommened was high acid treatment.
    I was low acid.
This made it worse, as you suggested.
It kept getting worse, and eventually they believed me that it wasn't working, and it could be low acid ( I kept saying, what about low acid, and ignored).
eventually they actually had me wear some tube/measuring device for at least a 24 hour period.
Low and behold, their device thingy said low acid.
Went with the HCL plus enzymes, and it's been wayyyyyy better.
When I run out of HCL, ACV is used.

i went on this diet last year which restricted me to eating rice for only one time a day. it lasted me for about 6-7 months in which i lost a lot of weight, and that i felt good about :) afterwards i came to realize my diet wasn't healthy and sustainable AT ALL, i know you'd probably say "why couldn't i realize sooner" ?! i was too blinded by the fact i was losing weight. and i admit it made me felt happy being able to fit in my older clothes. anyways i started going on a calorie deficit, after realizing the many things i've been doing wrong (which also meant increasing my calorie intake). it was chill for a few weeks, but a little while after i started feeling some symptoms, i started feeling gassy. every time I would lie down my stomach would start growling. after a normal meal i would always feel bloated and burp all the time. it feels like it's been AGES since i had a normal poop. it felt like the food wasn't going down completely. i would rarely feel hungry and i always get full easily. i also couldn't wear tight clothes bc of the discomfort i feel in my stomach. when ppl ask me to describe it, all i can say is that "i have slow digestion". bc i cant rly tell if its acid if im not tasting anything bitter or feeling heartburn issues etc. it's been bothering for me these past few months already, i feel like the doctors aren't taking me seriously either, they only tell me to change my eating habits and to exercise regularly but i feel like nothing is happening 😭 my anxiety is worsening and i feel hopeless. i just want to eat normally again. i'm just 18 lol and i feel like ive alr ruined a lot at this point. if anyone has some advice pls do share them w me :)) it's ok if it sounds harsh as long as it helps. im willing to listen to anything, really. and if you've made it up to here, thank you i guess.

I occasionally did during inactivity and found my lats were super tight despite stretching, and gave me anterior pelvic tilt.
This also tightened my rib cage and affected my breathing/ ability to diaphragmatic breathe.
I never had GERD symptoms before that.
I’ve also lost my delts to stabilise my shoulders and triceps.

My doctor put me on a PPI when I should've been on anti-stress and an easily digestable diet for a while. I was in a stressful period of my life and my stomach acid was low and so was my stomach's mucosal barrier. I was getting heartburn for the first time in my life so they figured I had too much acid. turns out it was too little so the LES wasn't closing.
It got to the point where no matter how much I chewed my food it was always showing up in my stool. I had cold hands, cold feet, VERY poor blood circulation, NO ENERGY, etc. It was awful. And I had massive brain fog any time I ate.

@Pippi Bernstein I been a vegetarian for 26 years! I find it hard to believe that the body won’t make bile without animal fat, I had 5 children all vegetarian since birth and no bile problems. Maybe your situation was unique to you

I drink a couple ounces of strong lemon juice (natural or from concentrate strait from the bottle) every morning about an hour before I eat. I have almost no stomach trouble when I do this.

This guy is amazing- changed my life - my keto journey has been quite good , a few nauseous moments during fasting cured by eating- insulin levels are low, don't feel hungry, list a ton of weight in 2 months, feeling good, no cravings or anything- amazing feeling! Thank you Dr Berger for your guidance- you are amazing.

Was it intermittent fasting you were doing or were you going days w/o eating? Also, how many pounds roughly did you lose in 2 months? Thanks.

I have struggled with indigestion for as long as I can remember. I tried everything from high Fibre diets, exercise, senna leaves, apple cider, coffee, enzymes, green tea, even keto. All of the above would get me going for a day or two and then my body would just become immune or indifferent to it. Even being on keto for a year now made little difference. Until THIS. I can't even remember the last time I went and felt like I had a COMPLETE bowel movement ( tmi I know sorry). Thank you so much!

Hi Yasmin, can you please share what did you do exactly to help/fix your situation? I struggle with IBS-C (bloating, inflammation). I do Intermittent fasting 16:8. Tried many other things but not quite finding the right fix. Thank you 🙏🏻
