I have been buying my egg white protein powder from IHerb, they also send to Canada, shipping is under $3 here in Canada which is truly amazing and it is so much cheaper then Amazon and the bigger the size you buy the more you save 💖 I always prefer watching you here on utube and Facebook is in so much trouble right now that it could be a long time before you can be live there 😉
yes she is! I'm having houseguests for 3 weeks and came to her channel for survival tips! My daughter in law and son insist sugar and carbs from bread, etc. are essential cuz they've done their homework! Like I haven't! Also they've gained weight and I've lost over 20lbs! Drop the mic!

Thanks for this video, I’ve just found your channel. What you are doing with protein powder is exciting. As you will know many of us have real challenges with oxalates and the use of almond flour is pretty much a no no. If you can figure out how to achieve fluffier and higher raised results with coconut flour or other combinations that would be fantastic. I am looking forward to browsing through your videos and what you have in the pipeline.
I use a little collagen (or gelatin) and coconut flour in Basque cheese cake, only a small amount as the flour is supposed to help keep it from cracking, but it is really not needed in these. However I do think it has very good and soft texture if cooked hot and fast. I do the same for pumpkin pie and it comes out glossy and smooth on top.
That was the first video I've watched of yours. Liked it. Noticed I had a smile on my face at the end cause you were so "real". Look forward to more. 😀😊

I may have missed it but I don't think you said how much protein powder you added. It would be helpful to know how much to add per cup of, say, almond flour. Thanks.

Really depends on the recipe. I don't usually add more than 1/3 cup to a muffin or cake recipe. But if it's someone els's recipe (not mine) you may need to reduce the flour a bit to accommodate.

Coconut flour, 4 eggs... what would your suggestion be for the egg white protein powder?.. So I just add in the protein powder or do I have to reduce flours? Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Other than the slightly higher carb count, is there a difference between the two? One other question I have, that noone has been able to answer for me -- do you know what the ratio of sugar to yeast is to get a net zero result?
