Yeast Donuts｜HidaMari Cooking

I made Yeast donuts by hand today.
Donuts with fluffy and doughy texture are the best sweet treats.
Baking powder is only to make it crispy,
so if you don't have one at home you can make them with only yeast.
▷Ingredients(8 donuts):
100g cake flour
150g bread flour
30g sugar
3g salt
3g dry yeast
3g baking powder
1 egg + milk = 145g
25g unsalted butter
