Exactly. I looked at one of these at my local dealer last year. The staff were so bad it put me off what appeared a good value vehicle. The A.C. controls were poor, which i thought i could get used to, but dealing with the 'i can't be arsed' staff drove me away. Ended up with a Hyundai.
Yes. It's great. Well if I'm honest, it's a bit big and too many bings and bongs from the warning system. Range is really good 330 miles in summer (4.3 mpkwh) 275miles ATM. I home charge so all smiles. First car I've ever had where people actually compliment me on my choice.
Do you have the new update for the car? Where you can press the volume button on the steering wheel down for a couple of seconds and it turns off a couple of sound? That is one of the only annoying things on Hyundai's, otherwise in my opinion some of the best EV's are being built by Hyundai/Kia currently
All I read on all these cars n the Uk at least is how bad the service is when the cars go wrong . Some reviewers saying they make up what to fix on the warranty as they seem fit . I think the after service may well be the end of MG
I've just bought one... Fingers crossed if anything does go wrong I'll be covered ok - but every dealership franchise will execute differently, different people etc. I'll report back (but I really hope I just don't get issues at all tbh!)

Not my personal experience with two years of ownership.
