I've just found your channel Rick and I'm now working out 3-4 times a week doing your workouts. They are good fun and you're funny so it doesn't feel like a typical boring workout. I'm getting fitter also, so will start doing 30-45 min workouts.

Maybe another option for a 15 to 20 minute workout for us seniors with very bad knees. I cannot do 30 minutes at this time.
