I love the positive energy with the audio and the intense focus in the video. It’s like you’re saying “I’m nice but will kick your butt if I need to”. Exactly how it should be.
If you’d like some advice, planks are a great way to start building core strength, if you can’t do regular pushups, do them on your knees, if you can’t do them on your knees, then do them standing against the wall. Regular walks will help you too, most phones have pedometers built in now or you could get a fitness tracker and track your distances. Start with whatever you can do and just build up from there. At one point when I was really getting after it I went from between a 5XL and a 6XL shirt size all the way down to an XL. And all it took was being dedicated everyday, rain or shine I was out walking, no matter what, I was doing what I could do weight training wise and as I got in better shape, I’d challenge myself to get back to that same level of exhaustion at the end of workouts. It sucks at first but if you can break that wall of doubt which for me was around a 3 or 4 week mark, then you start to fall in love with the work. And once that happens you start looking for more and more ways to improve. I downloaded MyFitnessPal to start trying to roughly calculate the food I was eating, which isn’t exactly perfect but it has a barcode scanner for most stuff and does help a lot. Accountability is a big part of that journey, you have to be honest with yourself or you won’t stick with it. I did 6 smaller meals a day with a “cheat meal” once a day so I could ease my way into healthier eating, then as my body began to adapt to the healthy food I would space out the “cheat meals” to once every few days, then once a week, then once every two weeks then eventually you don’t even really want the “cheat meals”. And once you taste that success, you know you can do it at anytime. It’s a liberating feeling, self esteem rises, body chemistry improves, and you start noticing you start acting better, and if you put out better energy, better energy comes back your way. But it all comes down to that initial war you gotta wage with yourself, which again for me was around 3 or 4 weeks. Could be less for you could be a little more, but you HAVE to be relentless with it. I can’t wait to get back at it soon. I recently freed up a peck deck which was buried under a bunch of junk in my house, I love striking so I have a heavy bag (just hitting the bag is a great cardio work out, gotta wrap your hands if you do it) I don’t always but I was a bouncer for a decade and my hands are pretty numb from it, also have an adjustable bench and a recumbent bike, I like circuit training to keep my heart rate up. My advice for you, I mean besides all the other info I just gave lmao, is start with something you love to do. Like I like striking and basketball so that’s where I started back then, I’d shoot around, come home hit the bag, then go for a walk. All stuff that wasn’t going to completely burn me out which is what most people do, they go super hard for a short amount of time and end up tweaking something or over doing it and then quit. Just remember long term consistency beats short term intensity, EVERYTIME. Also a great book if you want some real motivation and enjoy a good book, “Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins. This GROWN MAN is an absolute manimal and that isn’t a typo, that man is a BEAST. Read his story, take his advice and I guarantee you, you will be in a better place. His story is incredible, very inspiring. That book changed my life, not for fitness but just in general. That’s somebody that I would like to have a drink with one day, just cause the respect I have for that man. I’d have to get myself back to that XL again and maybe even to whatever the next plateau would be cause he does not f@ck around. He has a bunch of videos on here too, very cerebral, again if you really let what he says marinade it will help you. Sugar coating stuff to make you feel better won’t get you to where you want to be, if you really want to be there at least. I wish you luck man, reach out again if you ever have a question. Again I’m in no way an expert like Ms Michaels here, but I’m always willing to offer some advice to someone if they are respectful. Doesn’t mean anything else besides exactly what I’m saying though, no subtext, no permission for anything else.

Well this is from her app. She has a section for free 7 min workouts. There’s also 7 min abs, legs, upper body, and total body. If you include the HIIT cardio 7 mins that makes an intense 35 minutes that will definitely make a difference.,
Hiit is more intensive than just cardio. Also here is very short rest between exersises. But if you do only this routine i think it's good to do 2 or 3 rounds.

Yes you could do it just once for the day when you have super busy days 😊. That's why I love hiit workouts. Just work as hard as you can
