I been doing Jillian Michael’s workouts for years when 30 day shred came out and I swear she’s the only one that gets my body right where it needs to be. It’s tough but you gotta think about the results. It will definitely pay off!

I want to get active again but most that I know takes a lot of exertion and that makes me focus less on the enjoyment. This one helped me a lot.

I like the low-impact workout, turns out the muscles supporting my knees are not strong enough to do that and I'm building that strength back. I will try this today, I'm hitting the gym soon. Thank you!
I know I should advance on bur I just love this one. Even though I do it almost daily I feel body getting stronger as I'm really amping up the speed and intensity. I'm still getting winded. Just a great little workout or warm up in general.
I love this work out! Really is a great beginner video. I do regular jumping jack's personally when she says to do the modified version i don't have issues with my knees, just gotten out of shape.. It's only 10 minutes goes by quick! Good work out for beginners, especially if you are going as fast as you can go. I am going to try to build up to doing this work out 2 times a day. I am also eating a lot healthier(currently doing a 10 day green smoothie cleanse as well by JJ smith) Hoping I can get off this 20 pounds I gained from bad eating habits and being lazy. I have already lost 3 pounds in 5 days!)I am happy for free work outs like these. With anxiety, i was bad at hitting the gym didn't want to go when there was too many people. I pay for premium so I don't have to deal with the ads, as they were interrupting my work outs. ( you get a free month trial people on top of that for the youtube premium, so I recommend!) Feeling hopeful as a person with asthma.. First time watching a HIIT video. All of the pauses between exercises allow time to breathe unlike most workouts I've tried and failed. This might be worth trying.
At the beginning it's enough do it at least 5 times a week. When it gets easier do the video 2 times 5 times a week. I also recommend having another workout of the same length and intensity to keep yourself from getting bored and to avoid overuse injuries.
Jillian please just question if I got my goal Wight and my body is toned what should I do after as workout as a routine exercise? I wish you answer this question

As a woman in my 50’s I’ve been focusing mainly on strength training. I know I should also be incorporating some HIIT a few times a week too but I loathe it. There’s usually so much up and down with burpees, mountain climbers, etc that I get so nauseated. Usually I just end up laying on the floor trying not to puke. I’ll try this one this week, this looks like something I could do. Maybe.

100000% agree. She's my one and only trainer, no other workouts do what these do to me! And no other trainer motivates me more than Jillian.

So you don’t actually start the exercise she says until the count down to zero correct? You’re resting until then?
that's right!! there is a 10 second count down between each move to allow you time to prepare, and once you see me, that's when the time starts.
