      @@ritus5511 Hi to answer your question I started my weight loss journey with Jillian micheals six week six pack dvd. This was originally on youtube and I used only this video to loose 50 pounds after my first child. The weight started to fall off of me with this killer workout. As I got leaner and stronger my form got so much better. I used my mind to muscle connection more easily and added weights to this workout and would increase them if need be. I would also follow along with the more advanced level. What a reward going from the beginner level to the advanced bad ass that you thought you would never be. With my second child I couldnt find this workout on youtube😨. I didnt want to mess around with any other workout. I didnt want to waist anymore time traped in this body that didnt look or feel like my own anymore. So to loose this weight I wanted what I trusted, so I went and bought six week six pack dvd. It helped me to stay motivated knowing I was doing something I knew would give me insane results. So I went back to work with this workout 5 days a week and also grabbed 10min body transformation. I cant say enough about this dvd as well. Honestly it was so fun pushing myself while learning new types of workouts. I learned I love calisthenics and pilates 😍 , bootie boot camp was so good as well. I loved these 10mins of change and verity, after sticking to the six week six pack dvd for so long lol. I would choose three 10 min workouts from this DVD and do them in verities depending on my mood. Hope this isn't to long winded and helps, you can do it!! 💪🏽🔥

    Nobody gets results like Jillian. I'm 3 weeks into Body Shred and I'm 3 lbs down, and I've only got 10lbs (vanity lbs!) to lose... VERY happy with the results!! So hard to get the final 10 off. Jillian you're a MASTER at this!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

    I’ve been tracking my calories all day like you said - about to do a 40 min HIIT before dinner at 8- I’ve got about 980 calories left. The snack before between lunch and breakfast definitely helped keep me feeling fuller! Thank you for the calorie tracking game! Game changer!

    cycling will get you to lose tons of weight. either long days in the saddle, a quick circuit sprint, or a day in the mountains. just like anything else though just eat sensibly.

    Jillian! Thank you for this! I’ve been working my butt off and seem to hit a plateau. Pity party for one today (still had a great workout) But tomorrow I will be back at it and incorporate what I’ve learned. I’ve done your 6 weeks to six pack and loved it. Mom to four kids, and I am determined to get in the best shape of my life. Really appreciate all your expertise. No BS attitude is what I love! ❤️ Let’s do this!!💪🏻💪🏻

    I’ve lost 80 pounds so far. Working at lower intensities isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it won't burn more fat off your body unless you're burning more calories than you're eating. One way to increase your calorie burn is to exercise at higher intensities.

      That’s with anything, calories in versus calories out! If you do 20 minutes high intensity you will burn less than if you do an hour of cardio at a moderate rate

    Jillian, I am a insanely huge fan of yours, and love that you have started putting content on TH-cam. Your science based, no nonsense advice is GOLD! I had a question for you. I'm 5'0 and there is another youtuber that says petite women should focus more on strength training, rather than cardio due to our slower metabolisms. Is that true? *stature and body type Vid idea* ??

You are a blessing! 🙏 I started 4 years ago and have kept the weight off. It took some time, hard work & discipline but I can now breeze through day 1, 2 & 3. I have moved on to "no more trouble zones", it's my favorite. I change up the workouts. I'll do day 1 Monday, rest Tuesday, day 2 Wednesday, rest Thursday, day 3 Friday & no more trouble zones on Saturday, rest Sunday. 💪 I have your app on Amazon prime.     I’m slowly getting there with my body. I’ve recently lost 20-25lbs and I’ve started getting super toned, but I want to put on muscle cuz now I’m slightly underweight. Fitness is hard bro😬 kinda feeling lost

    Julian, I followed your teachings & tweaked my diet for 2 weeks now. Unbelievable!!! My abs all came back (popped up). I had them but lost during Covid lockdown. My routine is I lift 6 days a week & do cardio light to medium. Tomor, I’m getting back into HIIT.Can’t wait to see how lean I can get. I’m not a bf person. Usually, I get up 345 am drink my coffee then off to gym to lift for 30 min 5 am. After listening to you I started to eat 1/2 a banana prewo. It’s amazing! I see the difference in my performance & body transformation in 4 days. Your words DO make a difference & I appreciate you and your videos. Continue to do what you do best, helping me & many women who want to feel and look stronger. Ignore the trolls. They’re always irrelevant & pathetic

    Love her 60 days shred. Did it 2 times last year n got into fantastic shape. Then lost the tempo n back to square 1. Started it again now. Today is my day 9.

    Jillian, bravo! You've just summаrised my live long training experience. I did athletics before professionally, but already for 30 years i practice exactly what is called HIIT just to stay in shape. It works wounders! I am 54, i train short (but intensively), i eat what i like and i always stay at my best "competing" weight.

    I've done begginer shred, body revolution and now I'm on body shred, I can't tell you enough how your workouts changed my body and mind set. I love this woman ❤️

      @@srgriffithauthor it really depends on your fitness level! If you are a beginner start with beginner shred or 30 day shred and then go to body revolution but keep in mind that there's always an easier version of each exercise in every workout if you feel like it's too much for the joints

      @@piadavin013 currently I am doing the Chloe Ting challenge (highly modified) but I happened to find the beginner shred DVD on my shelf(think it was a dollar store find). 😁 I have a phase 1 DVD of body revolution (found it at hpb by itself and figured I could try it after my last pregnancy).

    Love cardio for 30 mins to a hr. It’s always been the best high and great for total body mind health . Eat clean mostly, you will feel better and have so much confidence. 💪🏻 nice guns girl 💪🏻

    I do F45 HIIT which is pretty much what she is describing and it works. We also do regular Challenges, which involves diet mixed with hard goal orientated HIIT. I’m finding Jillian’s videos a great adjunct to my F45 classes, she explains things very well which you don’t have time for in class workout,

    I love your work! I decided to kick my butt in gear when we first had to go into quarantine. I changed my eating habits using an app called NOOM and working out to your videos every day. I've lost over 30 lbs and I'm keeping it off :). Thank you for pushing me to be my best. Even though you were un-aware. Also love your hair cut!

    Great reminder! Since I was diagnosed with RA, my workouts had come to a complete stop and the weight came and stayed like a unwanted house guest. A squatter per say. 😂. Shorter more intense workouts may be where it’s at for me. The best shape I was ever in was while I was doing HIIT and weight training. 💪🏻😎

    Good morning 🌞 from Greece!! Yesterday I worked out with you ( shred with weights) after a long time..I really appreciated it!! You are by far the best trainer!! Please give me a hint why I can't lose the last 8 kilos..I work out every single day ( Sunday is the day of stretching) , I'm trying to keep my nutrition decent, with no fast food, but still I cannot lose those irritating 8 kilos.. please give me a hint!!     This was extremely helpful. I'm a diesel engine and can go long but slow (road biking and hiking are my favs). I'm a beginner with high intensity. It scares me a bit. Now I need to start with 1 and 1 and build from there. Thanks!!

    Could you talk about FAST TWITCHERS please. After 7 years of chronic pain with little sleep and no exercise, which left me with PTSD for another 7 years, I find I'm susceptible to falling. My fast twitchers seem to be completely gone. What exercise can I do to build them up again? Thanks and I love your posts.

    Two questions:
    1. If you’re a person who is trying to not only build muscle but also lose fat, is that lower target heart rate the best option? At what point is your heart rate (using that as the standard measurement although I know there’s a lot more to it) too high to effectively build muscle and strength?
    2. When we discuss HIIT, do we start our recovery time when our heart rates drop to a normal speed? For example, if I do 20s on and 10s off, if my heart rate stays very elevated, is that really a recovery time? One technique I’ve used in the past is to wait until my heart rate drops below my threshold zone (less than 124bpm) THEN start my time. Is that a good technique?
    These questions are really for any experts out there. Thanks!!

      1. Your calories determine wether youre building or shredding. Not the type of workout you do.
      2. Recovery begins from the moment you stop. If you wait for your heart rate to drop before timing you will have too much and its less effective

    Listening but can’t stop looking at her abs😍 I remember having a flat tummy, now struggling with my new fat self after a stroke 5 years ago left with chronic neuropathy pain and fatigue since making working out &weight loss such a challenge 😞

    Hard to focus on the video because you’re so gorgeous Jillian! Hair, face, bod 😆
    For me personally, circuit training style stressed my body out too much and I didn’t lose body fat.. Now that I’m doing weights with breaks my results are much better. I think because I have auto immune issues, so my cortisol is prob high or something. 🤷🏼‍♀️

      Same here... I always known who she was but never listen to her because I wasn't fat yet... it was overwhelming trying to find the right information till I found her videos... she answered all my questions in these little videos before they even entered my mind

    I am going for it..!!! . I use to do your abs workout rotine... never got to the advanced Vid.. 😔..it was hard for me as it was for the beginers... ( i am 54) how many days aweek to get the quieqest result?

    Jillian can I ask about cellulite? I’ve lost 82 lbs, and am working out, eating better, but I’m still nervous to wear shorts just because my thighs still look like cottage cheese. Does this ever go away?

    Mix intervals with steady state cardio for the best of both. I burn more calories walking for an hour than a fifteen minute interval run.

    I miss doing her workouts so much & yes they do work! I unfortunately have kidney disease now and am on dialysis so I am unable to workout like I use to. Dialysis has made me gain 30lbs. I have not been this fat since I was pregnant. I absolutely hate it and wish I could just workout 6 days a week like I use to. I really enjoy working out! It's fun to me!

    The physiotherapist that I follow for my diastasis recti issue talks about LISS not HIIT to lose the weight as well as calorie deficit. I’m so darn confused on what to do or who to believe. He says low heart rate burns fat, high heart-rate burns carbs. I’m so confused on who to follow to reach my goal.

    What's been working for me has been the body combat on You tube less mills. Then I do Strong by Zumba not dancing but interval then two days of weight training weights or a full body work out with a dumbell. So far I've lost 7 inches and 7 pounds. Is this a good work out?
