The Trick of Stealing Money "Legally"

This happened in Houston on 05/19/2016. The man in the video ask me to change him two $10 dollars bills for one $20 dollars bill and then looks what happens....
Later on We found out he went to Nick's bar and did the "Trick" to the bartender with all success and later to La Michoacana and so on....
We call the police and he said that there is nothing they could do to press charges against him due to the "Lack of Prove"

interesting he's using a common psycological trick called pamella effect i think basically you tell someone they did something and say remember causing them to think they just forgot obviously this failed but interesting he went for it also i probably got the name wrong

He received a $20 back but took the $20 and swapped it with the $1 and told the cashier that he gave him a 1 dollar bill so he was trying to get the cashier to give him another $20

It’s actually manipulative. Had this happen to me, but the customer said they had given me four $50 notes when I was 100% they had given me 3 notes. This being around Christmas, the customer obviously thought I would just give them the odd $50 and let them be. I made them wait 5 minutes while my manager snap checked (counting up the register) to see if the till was $50 over. I was right.
