This is the first one that I've seen that I really wouldn't change anything other than getting rid of some of the transom windows. It's near perfection. ❤🙏👍✌️
I'd take out the kitchen window beside the door so the kitchen could be a U-shape and not have the island. That would allow a little more cabinets and counter space. That would make the refrigerator across from the oven. I like it without the outdoor fireplace. I'd want an outdoor closet to the right of the front door. I also like the closets in the bedroom next to each other and connected giving more space to hang clothes and store shoes. This floor plan gives plenty of room for a full size sofa and allow for a larger desk/table for working, crafting, or eating on the TV wall.
After watching your channel now for more than a year and a half, I have liked many of your offerings, but I think this is the one that I would go for. It is definitely my favorite by far.

The layout of the Zircon Peach Palace makes it very user friendly. The side entrance and large kitchen with an island make it feel less cookie-cuter. I could see myself cooking in the kitchen and passing items out the window above the sink to waiting family ready to eat on the porch. Great for entertaining. Finally, the space that was left for the living room entertainment center could allow for a drop-leaf table to be placed there under a wall-mounted tv for extra indoor dining. A+

Love this floor plan. It makes it feel so much bigger than it is. The interior is perfect. The only change I would make is the exterior color. It would look cute in a pale yellow 🙂
I love watching you and your videos. This is such a beautiful model, the colours, but specially the plan. I normally look at two bedrooms, but I would live quite easily in that one bedroom model. I love the backsplash colour of grunge and I personally would have done the shower in that colour too, it would give a feeling of kind of being outside. Love it. 😊
How did I miss this gem? I love the peachy salmon exterior color. And the side porch. I'm loving the kitchen being off to the side as well and that pocket door. I would get pocket doors through out as I'm not a fan of barn doors. Another beauty Mr. Tiny.
This is definitely one of my favorite designs on this channel. Definitely within my top 10. I love that grunge aqua backsplash in the kitchen. Kinda wish the shower tiles were the same color. But I still love what was done here

Great layout! You can park at the door and carry groceries right into the kitchen, and your path won't "split" the porch space in half. Just hide the washer & dryer somehow due to noise and for esthetics. Hmm....Entire homes have gone up in flames, so "no" to a BBQ within 15 feet of a home or near a wood rail or fence. Also, I like that the bathroom and kitchen are far apart.
I love it! Kitchen great! Would like the bedroom door to go into the bedroom to make it easier to get intobathroom from bedroom!! This one is a favorite, the kitchen is awesome!!
Great floor plan! Seems larger than 399 square feet! Love the gentle colour scheme of the interior! I’m afraid l would tire of the the peach as pretty as it is now. That’s just me !
