Sunshine Black Definitely, if you comparison shop anywhere, you’ll find no composite decking, no stainless appliances, no shiplap, nasty carpeting (cheap), no barn doors, no extra windows, no beautiful details or builtins that RRC has. And all that inferiority for $15,000 MORE! I’m trying to figure out how to get something comparable in Washington state, because Mr. Tiny and RRC has spoiled me for anything else!

This is the best looking tiny house I have ever seen. I would want the washer and dryer in the pantry area and make a pantry where the window is in the kitchen by the front door. That walk in closet is a dream! I would need that entire closet for clothes, shoes and bags. I wish my State would legalize tiny houses.
I like that you can have your own entertainment stand. Beautiful tiles against the gray cabinets, they make the black accents really pop. Very nice pantry space, BIG BATHROOM, lots of storage for a tiny home. Master closet is WOW.

I love this tiny home. I see a few things I'd change. I'd have just two cabinets in the kitchen on the left instead of three and raise it off the counter for more counter space. Same in the bathroom. I'd prefer more counter space. The shower would have a half wall and glass. I'd omit the slide door from bathroom to bedroom to give more wall space in the bathroom and bedroom. Oh, and I'd screen in the front porch. Almost perfect for me though.

Beautiful tiny home especially the bathroom, which was surprising spacious. Of course I would make a few changes. In the kitchen I would close off one of the windows by the cabinets and use that area for dining. The master bedroom would be extended into the walk in closet. The w.i.c. would go behind the living room to cut down on noise if your s.o. is watching tv you don't have to hear every word. Lastly, I would wall off the second bathroom door and use the space for a piece of furniture or decoration.
