The carport and storage shed is not just a brilliant idea, It's so necessary in a tiny home, I'd opt for a bigger outside storage unit. The entire home is so impressive.

A walking tub would go great for someone who likes tubs and still have a shower. Just the right space for one.

The Couches indeed set the bat high with the storage they have in this home. I never really thought to go TINY but looking at it now it is definitely doable when its time to retire or even just to downsize. Mr. TINY you are a wonderful salesman. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!

The inside is adorable, but why go inside with all that magnificent outdoor space. The only thing missing is a water view. 😃
It's perfect the way it is. Waterfront usually includes mosquitos and nosey neighbors across the lake. They have a private backyard and woodland. The exquisite landscaping shows their priorities.

I don't like all the dark wooden cabinets. I think tiny homes look more open and airy with lighter cabinetry!

Every detail is perfect--I would love a carbon copy--the home is so warm and inviting--love the kitchen and the bathroom. All the upgrades are worth it., just beautiful. I have to have a screened-in porch.

I appreciate tiny houses and can understand why so many people want to live in one, but I'm never living in a house without a full bath AND at least a half bath. I don't want guests using my bathroom and I always want two toilets in case one isn't working.
Loved this home. I’m enjoying to see how people actually live in 399 sq feet.
Would be a great idea for a serues on HGTV: Living in a tiny home: Moving in, the first days, after weeks and month and maybe a year or two! What turned out perfect, what had to be changed, what would they change if possible.... Would be very helpful for self-builders, planning phase and the RV industrie as well.

I love these homes they build. The problem is they are too far away. Also its hard to find a place to put them outside of a manufactured home community. I really don't want to be in those because they are very restrictive and you don't have much space outside.

I would love to buy a tiny home for my daughter, but living in the city, I don't think they (the city), allow prefab homes on lots. I would need to do more research, but yes, I would definitely purchase one considering the cost of a house in NYC.
Nothing is cheap in NYC coming from a New Yorker myself.
