This is such a helpful guide! Thank you ! Used it for a school assignment
I remember my first attempts with rigging. And based on that i can say that for beginners and people that dont need any fancy rigg setup this is a good piece of advice ;)
Thanks
Amazing and super helpful
I like your videos. You get right to the point and keep it simple. There’s no overpowering music, no discount code, and you don’t do things without saying what you’re doing. They are very clear.
One thing I’d add is to make sure that the joints are where the actual joints are. In other words, you’d want the knee joint to be close to the front of the knee, not dead center in the leg. But good tutorial.
Thanks Steve, appreciate that
I was wondering do you know any great videos on rigging a space ship landing gear in maya.
How do I change the brush size?
Sorry! Maybe i wanna huge, but i really want video about retargeting animation, for example from Unreal Engine Standart Skin to this character. It will be hapful to the work with Engines
Still far more better than blender rigging, trust me u will get frustrated with all d rigging addon
Autodesk Maya is better than Blender
You only find it frustrating because you don't know the correct terminology of each program and their respective tools. Each program has its pro's and con's, but you can do just about everything the other can if you understand how to find/configure tools/properties and troubleshoot issues when something breaks. Each program uses pc hardware resources differently too.
