In dynamic it sharpens the throttle, and steering, while you are in D. When you bump it to S it holds the gears longer in the upshift and quickens the downshift. Dynamic doesn't really have any bearing on the gears when in D. This is what i have found having owned an XE S for 7 months now. What Dynamic and S does do though is drain the fuel tank!!!

The audio is muffled and needs adjustment. The birds-eye is not good unless you want people to see what the car looks like if you are seven feet tall.
