For the Trader joes pizza you will need:
Your favorite keto pizza crust option
Birria with consume (Any will work but the Trader Joe's one is great!!
Mozzarella or white cheddar cheese
Red onion (pickled or thinly sliced)
For pickled red onion: 1 thinly sliced red onion, equal parts white vinegar and hot water, a couple tablespoons of sweetener, and salt

Thanks for the video! I just ordered the pizza crust mix from Amazon. Now I just have to drive to my nearest Trader Joe's (1 1/2 hrs away) to get the Birria. I've been wanting an excuse to go anyway! I live in South GA and have to drive down to Tallahassee FL to the nearest store. Totally worth it. I'll go to other places too, like Costco! Thanks, ladies!!! Love your channel! You can also use the regular metal blade of a Cuisinart food processor to knead dough. I learned that while researching regular (non-keto) crust recipes way back in the day, and it does work if you are like me and don’t like to stick your hands in food. I blame my mother. She didn’t either.
We love that pizza crust! It’s the best we’ve found! We cook the crust first too and freeze the other one for another time.

I love the King Arthur keto wheat pizza crust mix. I've been using it for quite a while now. I've used it to make really delicious cinnamon rolls and sub rolls/baguettes too!

I knew this one would be a good one. Birria is a delicious dish on its own. But making a pizza out of it is such a great idea. I live in a town with a lot of Mexican food trucks, one of which offers a Birria Pizza. And Birria Ramen. I didn't try them because You guys have converted me into a mostly Keto (and No Bread) Person. So, you've made this dish possible now. How about a Birria Ramen next?? Thanks, PS In Mexico one of the condiments used with many dishes including Birria is sliced radish! Turns out In Oaxaca they actually have a Radish Festival. Who Knew??

I haven't bought the King Arthur Pizza Crust Mix, but I do make my low carb pizza crust with the King Arthur wheat flour. It really is the best low carb crust I've eaten.

You can make it with chicken too. To make it easier, I use a ready-to-eat Rotisserie chicken. It’s worth making!

When cooking the crust, move the rack up to the top/second slot, won't burn on the bottom.
Birria is traditionally made from goat meat, I've never once had it made from beef, but yea. I would try that.
In Texas, we have birria tacos. So good. I never thought about birria pizza.
