Which one of the 6 do you own?
In England, Freehold Properties (in fact all land) is owned by the Crown.
Thank you for explaining 🎉
Shared ownership is good if the freeholder is a local authority and in a good location where you see good capital growth (like a London flat). The local authority typically gives the increments at a discount. Plus with new legislation, you’ll be able to extent the lease by 900 years rather then 90-150 years.
I love flats. As long as you can get it Freehold or very long lease (999 years), the service charges and GR is low. Even if tenants move every couple of years it’s an opportunity to make some upgrades and increase rent. 2 bed F/H flats all day long
Great Video
Thanks!
Thanks for this info. I was thinking to buy flat now i am re-tinking. How about if we buy a flat and do airbnb? what would you advise?
New subscriber here! Been following your insta for quite some time. Thanks for the content; would you mind explaining your “go to” investment types in property? Think you mentioned Serviced Accommodation where it’s typically 100k investment and you get a 5 year agreement with the government who let out the property from you.
Would love to hear back, keep up the great work 💪
Thanks for watching and following me! My 'go-to' investment strategy is BRRR. I currently only do BTLs and SAs - I prefer those 2 because BTLs provide stable, predictable returns, and SAs are good for cash flow. The one you're referring to is social housing. It's a product we have only started to roll out for our clients recently, but so far, it looks promising.
thanks@@imvijaysinghh - saving up for the social housing opp, when the times right i'll reach out - keep up the efforts :)

bro get well soon
105k? Insane! 😮 I am looking for a 2 bed accessible to London so that I can just hedge my rent with the mortgage and I cant find anything decent less than 425k!
I can imagine! 😅
Do you recommend buying cheap houses in rough areas in the North East?
Rough areas anywhere will give you more problems in the long run (in my opinion)
Yeah just think in the name. It may have more rough people around there who might give trouble.
