Great video Vijay 👍🏻 does Talking Houses provide recommendations for solicitors / accountants that investors can use?
It would be good to see a video of exactly how your company works with a timeline from when the investor pays the sourcing / refurb management fee to tenants moving in and at what stages you as the investor needs to get involved.
Thanks! Yep, Talking Houses can put you in touch with a solicitor and broker. For accountant it’s best to choose your own as the one we use may not be suitable for your business structure/size etc. You don’t need to get involved in any stage except for making payments if you don’t want to. The whole process takes between 12-16 weeks depending on the project ofcourse.
@@imvijaysinghh Perfect! When you say broker who are you referring to? Mortgage broker? Does an investor need a MIP before proceeding to buy a property though TH?
@@Lemxns yeah a mortgage broker and MIP can be done later, we would just need proof of funds to proceed 💪🏻
