Like if you ❤️ BRRR
One flaw is where is the source of £ for refurbishment?
So you have to buy with your own cash first, yes/no?
I only just found out about your channel....You put out amazing content
Thanks appreciate that ❤
Great video 👍
Thanks 👍
Great video! I’ve binged all of them now. We’ve got £100-£150k ready to spend on property. We’re aiming for £2k net(!) cash flow per month within 2 years. BRRR seems the right way to go but concerned about achieving it within 2 years, reckon it’s possible with Talking Houses?
Thanks for watching! You could achieve the £2000 with a mixture of BTLs and SAs, and we could help with everything. It may take you slightly longer than 2 years with the current budget as you would have to wait for the refinance to happen to repeat the process. Book a consultation with my team, and we can go through some options. Link in bio
Great video.. 👍👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Hello,
Do you work with a sourcer in the newcastle area? Cant belieave 16 properties in 3 years thats amazing!
Thanks! My company Talking Houses operates in the whole of the North East. Click the link in the description for more info. 🙂
3.7% interest even now?
But how to buy the first house ?
I've made a video on ‘how to buy a house’ 😊
Mate brrrr probably returns you like £150 a month yes you may have only left in 10k but what's the point for a bit of change each month? Theres risks which come in i.e regulations, maintenance and one big job wipes our two years of your rental profits. Sorry if I appear too harsh but I just don't get it
You have a point, but it depends on how short-term term youre thinking. That £150 a month is on BTLS. For example, if you did serviced accommodation my properties cashflow over £350-£400 a month on average.
66k for £800 return a month? Not the best at all.. And these properties.. could they double in 10 years? Potentially, yes.. so you do need to add that in.. but as they are on the lower end of the spectrum, and location.. maybe not.. And, like you said.. one roof job wipes out the profit..
I'd rarther put 66k into something else. Certainly a better location than Durham.
@@user-id8dm2co1f what would be your ideal location and how much would you be looking to invest for a decent appreciation
Can you do this in America
Definitely! BRRR is popular in America aswell.
