And with so many refurbs on the go you must have multiple teams of tradesmen working with you. Do you know them all and how do you make sure they’re not overcharging?

You were mentioning about the house appreciation of 40/50k property will be less compared to 70/80k ones. Does the same applies for BRRR?

No, because with BRRR, you force the appreciation/value by purchasing it below market value and/or improving the property. I’m referring to future capital growth in this case.
Great video is it easy to get good working class tenants who aren't likely to trash these properties because 70k areas are usually run down areas, I mean one of your projects was already trashed prior so why would investors buy in these areas
1 bad tenant doesn’t make it a run down area lol. You can get trashed properties in any area but overall it’s rare. They bought that property because we were able to secure it for cheap. Usually houses in that area go for £85kish 👍
@@imvijaysinghh what does it feel like to own so many properties, I feel like I have the capital to invest into brrrr deals however bad tenants could easily bankrupt me once fully leveraged
