Rebuilding A "Wrecked" BMW from Copart! Part 1

Well I got a steal on this BMW 328i from copart. It is in great shape but has a pretty bad misfire. It was listed as front end damage but with all auctions we know that's not the only issue. Looks like we have a blown head gasket or a bad piston/cylinder. This will be the start to a pretty fun engin build series. I am pretty sure there are some aftermarket parts on this thing but I don't know anything about BMW's :)
Let me know down below if you have any idea if this thing is chipped or how to tell if any other mods were done besides the exhaust and downpipe.
