Yesss yessss pls pls I’m in the high desert area so we been planning to do one of this earth bag constructions will be amazing to have more ideas 🙏🏻🙏🏻😘😘

LOL...I was just talking about Joshua Tree with some friends & now I'm seeing this vid. Synchronicity at work. Love the whole build out with the kitchen and bath. This is a groovy property.
Love your tiny earthen home Airbnb. Very nicely done with the sculptural building, interior, as well as the outdoor shower, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Jenny
One of those earthen homes sitting where I live overlooking the largest man made lake in the world, would be absolutely beautiful. In Nancy Kentucky, about an hour and half south of Lexington, folks would go crazy for these type of homes. Wish I had the funds to build a couple of these simply to make money and enrich, at least, people’s lives for a few days at a time. Great job guys, this was beautiful and very homey feel
Jenna you should do a segment on a place called Villa Bonsall in Bonsall California. The owner is a friend of mine, Jason. He's a drummer in a kiss tribute band super cool family. They have a yurt Airbnb on 4 Acres. Beautiful place. Tell them Michaela sent you.
I really wonder whether this house could heat itself during the winter here in Germany. I mean my grandmother used to live in a house made of clay and straw, and it was super cold during the winter time! Nevertheless I really like houses which are made of natural materials. And it's way more sustainable then concrete.
I'm surprised that the floor of the house isn't underground. That would have made the building more efficient in being cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
When couples bring their children where do they sleep? It is nice but for middle of the night bathroom trips appears to be a long way. Just curious Thanks For sharing.
These dumb people make useless stuff with more carbon footprint to loot people in the name of nature then add features like stainless steel kitchen & electricity run refrigerators for convenience
Performative fake woke- if they actually cared about the earth they’d ask native people how it’s done seeing they lived all over the world with minimal environmental impact for a LONG time.

@@5jr.racing982 actually both fascinate me, two very different landscapes, or a moonscape and landscape that are different, and both very different from the eastern Sierra high desert that I live in. I also love the Irish countryside, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Utah, and every state, and country. They are all so intriguing and I hope to see and paint many of them. Beauty is everywhere for me, if I can be open to the differences that make them so fascinating.
I loved your day 🥰 and ur tiny house...❤️❤️❤️ But I think few minutes are needed for you to pray ... Its just my suggestion because God gave us 24hrs and giving him some time will be a treasure in heaven😊❤️ God bless you🥰 All thanks to Jesus for keeping you safe becos the whole world is in suffer... But God keep us healthy and cover us with his hands becos his love for us is a love which the world cannot give🥺💗 I wish you a good and healthy life and bless u in Jesus name❤️🥰
I think tiny houses are for everybody. Whether you're a hippy dippy type or an entrepreneur. Not everyone needs to be an off-the-grid fanatic to be interested in the benefits of small living and the impact it has on the resources we consume. Maybe you should try opening your mind to the idea that this doesn't need to be some exclusionary club and see the potential benefits for ALL of society. Including those involved in the hospitality industry.
@@idellekell thank you!! I totally agree. So many people get pulled into cognitive distortions, like all or nothing thinking. It’s nice to run into others with a balanced, aware perspective.
@@idellekell Cool straw man. Now here's why I don't like AirBNB "entrepreneurs": They don't benefit society, but consume resources to the detriment of people who need actual housing, which is in a crisis, which is why tiny houses became a thing to begin with
Que casa tan más rara! Sin techo, y casi al aire libre, el área de la ducha cómo que no! Mejor una con techo, mientras no se les vengan unos remolinos, se lleve los techos de lámina que tienen la cocina y el área de descanso.
I'm sorry but yall think it through bathroom out door shower everything separately kitchen outside I'm thinking snake 🐍lizard bears 🐻 nope I'm out baby you coming I'm not going be able to do it living in desert I just assume van life or tiny homec
Interesting, BUT... "instant on water heater". - This indicates utility-style electricity. Sun soaked desert location and no solar water heat, or solar electricity or battery power storage? No mention of this coming either? The lack of any solar power and no mention of it coming rates this project as a major disappointment until those issues are remedied. Talk about nature is cheap when carbon fuel is the power source in the middle of solar energy country. Thumbs down as a result.
I'm sorry no disrespect to you but theirs no way I walk inside that thing it look like a on ground grave nope it too small not enough window the colors to drab and dull no way you couldn't pay me spend a night too scary I'm pass but thank for sharing thus is not a negative it my opinion I couldn't do it
I'm curious - do you guys want to see more earthen homes on this channel?
Y E S. Been wanting to build a larger one for a while. Thank you.
Yes
Yes
Definitely
But that’s not really a real dome home.
I hope someday i could get away from this busy city life and be able to just witness the stars that everyone has been talking about.

That is a lot bigger than i thought it would be. Pretty cool.
That’s such an amazing space........makes the idea of being remote...super easy to comprehend
Adorable little house! I would love to see other houses that this builder made.
Love your tiny earthen home Airbnb. Very nicely done with the sculptural building, interior, as well as the outdoor shower, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Jenny

Totally cool thanks Jenna for sharing their story.👍👍❤
Really bums me out that all of these places are airbnbs instead of rentals or homes for local people.
Yes more earthen home's would be great.
Nicely done 💯
Fantastic ❤❤❤
I love this style!♥️👍 Way to go!🤩
Woooow sooooooo beautiful guys ,l like every thing!!!!
That is a beautiful home you have there, best of luck to you two.

It could also create a nice wading pool when the summer monsoons come (if they ever come again),
love this
More information about the building materials and process would be nice
SO VERY COOL
Very Very Cool 😎
Awesome!
This would be the perfect retirement home!

I have never been to Joshua Tree and I have lived in California for 60 yrs. (I am originally from Ohio).
Do they live the home with their Airb & b guests? Or is there another place to stay.
There’s a main house.
It just need some unecessary antenas and stuff, and it becomes Star Wars. 🙃
Yes
Looks like a great place for some peyote. :O)-
Sweeeeeet!
Oh Jenna.....
Star Wars house
If it rains ? How do you Brush your teeth and do your toilet duties?
op It’s an igloo
Joshua Tree National park
Who would want to live where there is no grass or greenery at all???? Sand and dirt everywhere!!!
