Whew! I’m in the desert, but cannot imagine spending over $400k on a house in any California desert. Especially in a less developed city/area. Even being close to LA, I just can’t imagine spending that.

The prices have gone up tremendously because of the popularity of the Joshua Tree National Park since the pandemic. James did basically rebuild this house himself with just one other person so a lot of love went into making it :)
I dont make my bed either y u just have to get back into it later,, and I cant stand when people put tons of pillows on there bed just have to take them right back of ,so both of them are a waste of time
