Great video! This has to be a must watch for everyone positioning themselves for success in the new year(count me in)! Friederike’s energy is so contagious and inspiring. 🙌🙌🙌
explains so much...have experienced moments in my life where I felt profoundly connected and others of complete boredom...am zeroing in on the things that elicit peak experience and dopamine surges
Key message: Find the right level of fun and fear to get into focus. We need slightly higher level of challenge than our skill level to get into peak performance zone. Multitasking may hinder in keeping the focus.
What can we do when we are not in control? I mean, when we don´t set the level of fun in the task, or the level of fear? Do you have any advise on that? Thanks in advance.
What you're looking for is the zone of optimal challenge. Staying 3% out of your comfort zone is exactly where that is. Great video!
You really know your specialised field. Well done lady ! The world needs a lot more people like you .

What a fascinating and mind blowing performance she is so enthusiastic 💗💕
A very good and substantial speech. Easy to understand, but I think, difficult to use every day. Reality has limitations...

Does this work for ADHD as well. I at times have too many things going on in my mind at the same time . I have bee this since childhood.
I really enjoyed this.
