    Just found your website today and then saw that you have a TH-cam channel. I teach 6 hours straight, no break and needed something to eat quick (and to prepare a bunch of when I get a minute at home in between grading). Your website is set up better than any meal-prep site I have seen. I am a LOUSY prepper and I also don't have time to go through a lot of "mish mosh"; I navigated through your site and got the info I needed in like, no minutes! You get a thumbs up from me, dear. I'll keep you posted on how this works out for me, but I have a really good feeling about this (that I didn't have with any other solutions or approaches to prep and health that I've found). 👍🏾❤

    Love prepping breakfast as we are always so busy in the AM. Going to make these for my Littles so they can have a hearty meal before school. My 5 abs 7 year old love watching your videos and they help with choosing the recipes. Thank you for all the awesome content you put out!

    I can’t have breakfast 😂 My stomach needs about 3-4 hours to wake up. I have 2-3 cups of coffee and that’s it. On Sundays I have breakfast but at least 3 hours after getting up 😬

      That is 100% me! I do sometimes eat the same lunch 4 days but I have a freezer rotation system going so I don't normally have to. Thanks for sharing :)

    GiddayDenise, just found your channel about a month ago amazing content and so healthy. just wanted to answer your question on breakfast...i'm an aussie, coming up on 60, we have a cereal over here called WEET-BIX 100% wholegrain biscuits. I have personally been eating these little treasures since i was 5 and would be happy to continue this. Like your channel a lot, plus your a bit quirky i like that. keep up the good work .

    Great video as always. I can probably do a breakfast 7 days in a row, after that I've got to change it up. Also can you use nut flours instead of wheat flours in the pancake recipe? Like an almond/coconut flour mixture. I can't do wheat or gluten but love pancakes. Thanks ☺

    • @SweetPeasSaffron
      @SweetPeasSaffron  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven't tried almond or coconut flour...often it will require more than just a simple swap for those flours unfortunately.

      jpeachy 4u am just four mths into GF for medical reasons - have just discovered Bob’s Red Mills GF Pancake Mix - incredible pancakes - since I’m fairly new to GF - I prefer this mix rather than fussing with finding the GF substitutes - maybe later but for now Bob does the hard work for me 😃🤗

    I don't buy protein powder, can I leave it out or substitute?

    • @SweetPeasSaffron
      @SweetPeasSaffron  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Unfortunately this recipe was specifically developed to use protein powder and I'm not sure how it would work without it. I know there are other sheet pan pancake recipes out there, though so maybe they'll work for you?

    Do I have to fry the bacon before adding it to the sheet pan eggs?

    • @SweetPeasSaffron
      @SweetPeasSaffron  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, you will need to cook the bacon first.

  • @roberthopgood1894

    Why don't you beat the eggs before adding them to the dry mixture??

    • @SweetPeasSaffron

      I avoid dishes like the plague! I find it mixes in perfectly fine this way.

    Do the sheet pan eggs freeze well?

    • @SweetPeasSaffron
      @SweetPeasSaffron  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      They do OK in the freezer but I would personally prefer to freeze egg muffins over the sheet pan eggs!
