    Breakfast - Sheet Pan Pancake Bake
    Lunch - Jambalaya
    Snacks - Fresh Fruits and Veggies
    Sheet Pan Pancake Bake
    1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder ( I used Quest)
    2 cups buttermilk Kodiak Cakes (pancake mix)
    2 TBSP Stevia (heaping)
    2 cups unsweetened almond milk
    2 eggs
    1 cup fresh fruit (or more )
    Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
    Serves 12 - 2 points blue plan (8 servings =3)

    I always add a small onion and a pepper of some sort. Bulks it up quite a bit more. :)

    Yes yes yes……beans would be delicious in the jambalaya……..I’m going to add a can to mine when I do this too

    My husband doesn't like breakfast food. So this week I am having overnight oats for breakfast and an egg scramble with turkey sausage and potatoes for lunch!

    Can you please do a video on how you calculated the Zatarain‘s rice ? I can never calculate the product, right I don’t know why especially when you’re not using the oil that’s included in the stats of the recipe on the box.

    Kim, were the proteins overcooked after being fully cooked and then cooking for another 25 minutes? I’m wondering if I couldn’t just throw everything in raw with the rice?
