Looks are subjective, I wouldn't unsubscribe for something so trivial. However the rest of the video was incredibly bias in my opinion, The Lincoln does not have better tech than the Lexus. For starters, the huge screen is a major gimmick. It is completely unnecessary and is everything I hate about modern cars. The Blue Cruise is also pretty pointless. Any change in variation from what the engineers have programmed to be "normal" circumstances and the system shuts off. And unlike say, Tesla FSD, it doesn't continue to operate off the interstate so what the hell is the point? A solid adaptive cruise and lane keep system to me is every bit as usable. Hiding steering wheel functions on the screen to me is even DUMBER than what Lexus did, which is hiding it in their HUD. At least with the HUD your attention is still partially on the road. It took that man nearly 10 seconds to turn on cruise control. And while certain things were true like the rear seat room being more in the Lincoln, other things to me were clearly rigged, like the luggage test. The guy just flops the suitcases in the Lexus with no care but neatly packs the suitcases in the Lincoln. Even if the Lincoln had more space, any moron could have fit all the bags in both cars. And finally, I'm willing to bet all four of my cars that in normal circumstances the Lincoln does not get 6.5 MORE mpg than the Lexus. I find it very interesting that he did not state how the Lincoln was driven. Overall, this comparisons was probably one of the worst I've ever seen. But I watch this channel for the drag races, not for this trash. If I want a comparison test I look at Carfection or another more detailed oriented channel. After watching this, I'm genuinely not even sure if the Lexus is better or if the Lincoln is better because the presentation was so poor
@@Soh90 your comment makes zero sense. You are just typing things unrelated to this comparison. You can just cut it short and type: I dislike any video that doesn’t like Lexus. Edge..the Corsair is the Escape powertrain sibling
@@christianbryant5617 you really don’t know what you are talking about
All Lincoln are ford dressed up
@@wjoseph-rx9mj so are all Lexus just Toyotas dressed up? I understand that within the FMC, Mercury and Lincoln use Ford engines and platforms but that doesn’t automatically make them a Ford. Why would it? Lincoln is a heritage brand of its own that happens to use Ford technology. Lexus is based from Toyota
@@christianbryant5617 tell me, which Toyota Lexus Rx share platform with?
2.4L on a 4,000 lbs car is not good, 2.L on a 4,000 is worse. Lincoln/Ford stopped making reliable vehicle 10 years ago. You will see Lexus in the road 10 years from now, will you see a Lincoln on the road?
I see them everyday- MKZs and Navigators. Solid machines
True 4,000LBS SUVs need a 6cyl especially for towing
2017 Ford explorer never been in shop other than routine maintenance.
You are correct that you'll see the Lexus on the road in 10 years, but the Lincolns will do that also. My Lincoln is 11 years old and has had no issues. I will admit that the Lexus will depreciate less than the Lincoln, so from an investment standpoint, the Lexus would be better. And the Lexus seems to have more prestige associated with it.
Lexus is boring but so are all cross overs
Agreed
RX is superior and resell value you know where it is at. The lincoln value will drip like a bag if rocks in a river.
RX will be stolen before your eyes - insurance will cost more. And definitely is rebadged Toyota
Lexus, much preferred in my opinion, a truly reliable, trusted brand + great customer service.
The lincoln is a helluva lot boxier than the Nautilus. The Nautilus looks like a dodge durango.
The heart says Lexus … the brain also says Lexus

Hi! Do you want when the hell will introduce screens on the door? I need it so much! I can't wait when I can have such a car with such super necessary equipment.
I don’t get your comment?
I think lot of big screens in dash will distract drivers from road. Like wise too much lights in dash and cabin also distract driver in night drive. While Lexus touch screen lasting 8 years or more Lincoln huge screens will be the trouble near future.
@@owaisakhter2673Yes!!

Outperform? Ok, over-depreciate, over-repairs, over-premature engine failure, etc. How’s that snake oil business going 🙄
I would rather have a car unreliable under warranty than having it stolen with my family inside - I don’t have to live in fear of being a victim of theft 😢
Lexus RX350 has 14 recalls….
@@johnnybegood2078Oops. I love how people use generalizations of how Lincoln is garbage while Lexus is outstanding purely based on perception. Truth is perception is not reality, even quality rankings can be deceiving.
@@302Mustang13From my perspective, I’d say that Lexus is more reliable and cost effective while the Lincoln is more quality and performance oriented
@@302Mustang13 agree. My understanding is that Sam had a Lexus Is500 with problems on day one. Someone is paying these rankings to promote Toyota. The new Tundra is becoming a huge problem for Toyota. Yet reliability ratings are still high.

Any ford
Or Lincoln are good limón for sure but the American companies has no bussines with. Any Japanese brand … reliability babe that’s where they suck

Aaaaaand another Lexus fanboy LOL
Even both vehicles are nice and feature packed I would choose Lexus only because Ford and Lincoln are made in china with shared parts. No reliable and resale’s value. While Lexus has great Japanese parts and quality with non Chinese shared parts. Most reliable is Lexus. Better quality and comfort
Back in the days people used to say the same for Japanese cars, now you see them everywhere
Why people choose the lexus over other makes, let me make it clear RELIABILITY!😊
Sure, and the most stolen in Canada:)
Never thought I would see the day when a Lincoln was made in China. Nautilus made in China....
Sir stop insult the Lexus brand. What ever they pay you you have disgrace yourself People will do anything for money
Lexus beyond a shadow of a doubt. Lincoln reliability? What about availability of parts when the Lincoln needs repairs now that it's built in China?
Order from Amazon. They will get to you earlier than your Lexus gets to middle east after it’s stolen

The Lincoln might outperform the Lexus, however when it comes to resale and longevity I’d take the Lexus any day over a POS Lincoln.
Longevity is good for thieves too 😂😂

Not Lexus' fault that they are in such high demand globally that thieves keep targeting them.
Not even 5 minutes in and I'm unsubbing. The Lincoln looks better than the Lexus?!?! ROFL! And I LOVE American cars, but c'mon! All credibility LOST! The Lexus looks 1000% better than that rolling refrigerator.
Lexus looks like the Beluga Whale 😂😂. Lincoln has style.
The problem with people like yourself is that you take criticism of the brand very personally as if you own the brand. He made very good points: Lincoln has the space, the tech, and the driving experience with Blue Cruise. He did give positive reviews of the Lexus, seats, and engine pick up, and did add more screens to the Lexus 🤣. I have watched those guys at Carfection. They love to give positive reviews of the Lexus/Toyota because they are worried they will never get to see cars firsthand. Cheers
@@miatadreamer-jack9613 I have never owned a Lexus vehicle a day in my life nor do I desire to ever own one with the very few exceptions of the IS-F and RC-F. This RX is so far off my radar that I only clicked on the video because I'm a fan of Sam. With that being said, as far as comparisons tests go, this one lacked detail to me. But yes, to me this Lincoln is a huge rolling gimmick and I do dislike this car. It is the perfect example of a car that looks cool in the now but will age very very poorly.
Ford quality is absolutely horrendous. Hard pass. Sadly, all American made cars are trash. However, Toyota/Lexus is top quality. The will last 250k. No problem.
