This is my favorite go to. There are days that I just do this video 4x to get my 60 minutes. Another one that is great is the 30 minute video with her and her daughter. Often I just pick 60 minutes of videos of her cardio, abs, and atrength.
Denise is unique, for 7 years I began to do yoga with her and I felt very good, that I could not achieve with other, then I began with her Pilates .The truth she does everything so complete with such good energy to make one feel renewed. She is Fantastic.
Just completed this. The movements are so simple yet powerful. You will break out a sweat. I remember doing this (I want to say) more than a decade ago and being able to nail the movements effortlessly 😂 Well, considering I'm in my 40s now, I think I did pretty well. Will definitely come back to do this. So good!
Pilates is a great toning exercise. I love this clip because it takes Pilates from a mostly seated exercise to standing, increasing the cardio benefit. I love the ballet-esque movements which will ultimately lead to a long, streamlined body!
thanks for uploading this video...i will be doing this tonight and maybe her kick boxing. i love denise she's kept me skinny for the longest. i use to wake up every morning at like 6am when she was on lifetime. shame on you lifetime for taking her away!!!

Hi Denise. I have a question: When you do an exercise to gain weight and then do some exercise to lose belly fat, After finished we should eat to gain muscle or eat nothing for 2 hours? Thanks in advance!

I do this alternating with many other of her routines. After fifteen minutes you work up a sweat. Does so much in so little time.

My only wish is that Denise had also cued the breath. Breath work is very important in Pilates, just as it is in Yoga.
