My fav stretching workout!!! Denise should do all the stretching for the BeFit in 90 program as I am doing it instead of the same boring Yoga workout... I love yours!!!
I love Denise Austin! Her workouts are easy enough for beginners. :)
I notice big difference when I do this routine after a workout. Almost no soreness compared to when I do other stretching routines. Love this!
Like how hands on Denise is. And, her voice is lovely. Confident and reassuring as her presence.
Best of all, she unlocked the secret of stretching the hams for me, for one. Tighten the quads so hams can relax ! How much we resist, until we are shown how to relax.
Wow, doing this felt SO good, especially after sitting at a desk all day!
For sure it would be even better to do this workout twice a day. It's best to strech just after waking up and right before going to sleep.
This stretch and flexibility really aided in releasing tension, thank you Denise!

This is one of the best stretching videos out there.
Actually, if you don't do these exercises daily, you won't notice a big change in your flexibility. If you do these daily and regularly, you will notice your flexibility getting much better in a month or so. I also recommend you trying Jen Hilman's beginner streches, she's really awesome.

Denise is so beautiful. Til this day. Takes good care of herself. You age gracefully on how you live and treat people how you want to be treated. I got 3 of her dvd workouts. Her workouts give great results. Any workout you do is about lifestyles and being consistent. You will be good at all of the workouts. Thanks Denise.

I love this "active" stretching session.
Stretching before and after your workouts is essential! You can chose when you do this workout, but just make sure that you focus on stretching the muscles you will be using in your workout, while stretching. This video can be done alone as well,similar to yoga or pilates, to improve strength and flexibility.
