@Vintagebeliever The size weights you use depends on your strength level. I would start off with a low weight and then move up to whatever is comfortable for you to do 10-12 reps. Happy working out!

hang in there, girl!! I struggled with teenage overweight issues and know how it feels. Little by little (that's the key), you can do it. Watch your portions (wait ten-fifteen minutes for your seconds, to make sure that you are REALLY hungry. Sometimes when I do that, I do not want seconds or have a small portion of it). and if you can, go for walks or do more chores around the home.Sadly, sitting in front of the computer/TV contributes to extra weight. No doubt about it.

Of course it is possible to lose the weight you want to. Just make sure you have a parent help you so you know exactly what to do. Seeing a doctor to get work out and dietary advice is a good idea, too. I just did. Good luck. Keep thinking positive and making small goals and you will succeed.
They laughed when I told them I would build muscle with "Max Muscle Extend", but then they saw the results. Do a search on Google for Max Muscle Extend to see their reaction. (You should see their faces!)
Not a fan of this workout, I am not a fan of dynamic exercises that use the weights, especially for upper body. Its really hard on the elbow and even the shoulder joints, she would have been better of not using any weights, instead of utilizing all range of motion exercises, especially around the elbow joint.
