I'm a grown 43 year old man "enjoying" all the things that comes in life at this time, but this seriously brought tears to my eyes.
Suddenly, I was taken back to my teenage self sitting on the floor playing Ocarina of Time on the N64 while my brother and sister suggested ways to solve puzzles in the game.
Thank you for that memory recall.

43 year old thrash metal musician here. I listened to this and was like, “what a bop. Dude has talent.”
Then my 6-year-old (my youngest of four boys, as my oldest is 24), and when my youngest son came in the room and said, “this is the mist beautiful version of the Fairy Fountain I have ever heard! Send me the link to my iPad,” my eyes welled up with tears because … where you were tearing up by reliving your past, I teared up because I was sharing my past with someone I didn’t think would be old enough to appreciate it. Bonding moment. And it was awesome.

🎹🍃I totally understand what you mean, the constant repetition part of this song with a more dramatic take on it definitely feels as if your seeing all of Links memories flickering as he forgets them. Bout I also hear it as the oposite, when Link regains his memories. The musical intricacy of this piece can lead to a bunch of different stories. Showing how well crafted this creator elevated it. Amazing piece.

This might be the greatest piano cover of any song I have heard, so I had to comment. Wasn't expecting to tear up to this one. It's equally faithful to the original, to its influence from another great cover, and to the new motives that seamlessly fade away in the end. It honors theory and the series as a whole, segmented so naturally while unexpectedly keeping the listener on their toes until the final expected turn, coupled with a sweet ending that gives a sense of resolve to the melancholic desperation of the new perspective.

Great Fairy Fountain is my favorite LoZ song. from the main menu music in Twilight Princess to the actul fairies in the newest LoZ game. your rendition is gorgeous. The emotions i felt were "wonder and curiosity" in the beginning, triumph and determination in the..i think its called bridge moments on guitar but idk the term in piano..and then melancholic in the quieter parts of the song. bravo

I like how you added the melody from the main LoZ theme around 3:15. Very pleasant arrangement, with a good amount of contrast throughout the piece.
