This brought tears to my eyes in a matter of minutes... what a piece of beauty hearing the piano associated with such an amazing game and time in my life. Thank you for this.

Congratulations on this achievement Ryan, it truly is a nostalgic journey. If you don't mind me asking, which of these pieces did you have a deep connection with? 😁
That is a great question! Honestly I don’t know I have the deepest connection with OoT music personally, I think Majora’s Mask hits home more than OoT. But if I were to to try to answer that question, I loved playing Gerudo Valley, Song of Storms was my first major cover on this TH-cam journey, and I poured a lot of sweat and tears into Great Fairy Fountain. There was something extra powerful about watching the colored lines fade into wisps at the end of that one. Gerudo Valley is always awesome and I really enjoyed your take. On the emotional flipside, Ocarina of Past time was a lot of fun!
Amazing!!! I was transfixed by this. Great Fairy Fountain is epic! I have clear memories of first reaching that area 25 years ago and being impressed with the music. I was waiting for Saria's Song, I didn't remember it not happening until the epilogue. Great work.
@@RyanZPianoGuy You're welcome, man! The way you put together your pieces sounds better than the originals to me, they are that good. It's like you take the songs and place in emotion. It's awesome What has helped you grow the most as a painist over the years?
@@MrBubbyG_Official A couple things. Years ago I served a mission for my church for 2 years and I've only played hymns the entire time. Of course I got a little bored playing the same things over and over so I learned to arrange and express better through those hymns to create variety and creativity. That skill is still utilized today! Constraint fosters creativity. Secondly, Erik C 'Piano Man' is a childhood friend and current competitor, and his work and channel pushes me to try to be the best I can as a pianist.
I played this video as background while working but your interpretation of each piece was simply delightful, I just kept looking at you playing the piano and didn't work at all haha. Also the Fairy Fountain track was simply incredible! Thank you for this video.
Creating this was a tremendous act of dedication and effort, and you deserve much more notice for it. I can't give you that notice, but I want you to know that your performance moved me, and others to tears. The sheer scale of this is staggeringly ambitious, and I consider it a masterclass in both arrangement and play. Please never stop playing. A skill like yours is hard won.
Fantastic, i looked up "Zelda piano cover compilation" and this was EXACTLY what i was looking for. Well done! After a quick glance, Im excited to view youre other Zelda music!
This is such a great video. I really liked how you played the music based on the game. And I really enjoyed the improvisation you added to the songs, especially Serenade of Water. It really added feeling and depth. I was hoping for a longer version of Requiem of Spirit because that's my fav, but it's ok. Lol. Some songs did last too long, but you really did my favorite Zelda game justice. Good job!
I went back 20+ years with these melodies… and every time I listen to one of these (either in this video or in some other videos), I always remember the great memories I have from this game… or I should say THE GREATEST GAME EVER at that time.
Man i don't know i Eric has done something like this, but yours was way better than anything he could have done. Its been a long time waiting, but it definitely paid off. Congrats Man! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Depends how you look at it! Erik’s OoT medley is pretty impressive, but mine is an hour and a half longer than his. He also did his in one take 🤔 but thanks, it was definitely quite the accomplishment for me! 😁
I've been wanting to take piano lessons for awhile now. I took 3 years of guitar a long time ago... I have a two year old and when he gets older, I hope he has music in his life and hears it and feels it the way I do. This video is that final nudge to buy a piano/keyboard and get started. Subbed.
@RyanZPianoGuy update: I ordered a digital piano, and it arrived today. Got it all assembled, and I noticed the board behind the keys was completely broken off. It looks terrible andnit would allow dust to get inside... Gotta return it. I can't think of a time I've been more disappointed in my life. Lol
@RyanZPianoGuy Been awhile. After months of C Scale and learning a simple chord progression, I started to hit a wall and kind of didn't know where to go for my next step. Tuesday was my first official piano lesson. I am happy to report that I can now play Happy Birthday using chord inversions of C and F and regual G triad. Finally smooth all the way through (most times) lol. But... when I'm feeling burnt out and need some inspiration, this video always gets me back in the mood to practice. Thanks again.
Awesome to hear! Keep it up! 👊🏼 I know that burnt out feeling all too well. If you are feeling that way keep practicing now and then but don’t overdue it. And then suddenly things just click, and randomly you feel you can play a lot better. I had such an experience today!
That was Fabulous man 🌹🌹🌹🙌🙌🙌thanks for Forest Temple, no one has ever played and I was thinking why? Then I started listening to your rendition and you simply nailed it 🌹🌹🌹💯💯💯💯
When the music is so good it sets your soul free. Thank you, your love for this music is felt greatly. You've captured the soul of this and truly expressed it for all to hear, feel and see.

On the emotional flipside, Ocarina of Past time was a lot of fun!
Thanks for letting me know:)
During the ganondorf battle, I could hear the lightning ball tennis match grunts in my head lol. Incredible work
Thanks! ⚡️🎾
This is my favorite game ever, and you play those melodies so beautiful.
I still play this on my N64, but not all the time.
How do you feel about Majora’s Mask?
@@RyanZPianoGuy I have it as well, but I always go back to OoT. But that is because OoT was my first Zelda game.
Amazing!!! I was transfixed by this. Great Fairy Fountain is epic! I have clear memories of first reaching that area 25 years ago and being impressed with the music. I was waiting for Saria's Song, I didn't remember it not happening until the epilogue. Great work.
Hey thanks! That theme is at 19:10
This is an excellent album Ryan, great job
This channel is my favorite piano channel on youtube
Thanks 🥲
@@RyanZPianoGuy You're welcome, man! The way you put together your pieces sounds better than the originals to me, they are that good. It's like you take the songs and place in emotion. It's awesome
What has helped you grow the most as a painist over the years?
@@MrBubbyG_Official A couple things. Years ago I served a mission for my church for 2 years and I've only played hymns the entire time. Of course I got a little bored playing the same things over and over so I learned to arrange and express better through those hymns to create variety and creativity. That skill is still utilized today! Constraint fosters creativity.
Secondly, Erik C 'Piano Man' is a childhood friend and current competitor, and his work and channel pushes me to try to be the best I can as a pianist.
I fell asleep to this last night with a smile on my face

Its incredible to see every single sound track in one video. Truly amazing. And i loved to see some song had a twist of ur own. Keep on goingg
Thanks! I can do that 😁
Congratulations on this incredible compilation. You’ve done a wonderful job. Thank you for all your effort and care over these last two years.
Thank you. It seems so surreal 🥲
A brilliant and criminally underrated rendition! Great work.
Absolutely beautiful
I played this video as background while working but your interpretation of each piece was simply delightful, I just kept looking at you playing the piano and didn't work at all haha. Also the Fairy Fountain track was simply incredible! Thank you for this video.
Thanks for sharing that with me:)
Thank you for your inspiring words! It was a labor of love 🥲
Fantastic, i looked up "Zelda piano cover compilation" and this was EXACTLY what i was looking for. Well done! After a quick glance, Im excited to view youre other Zelda music!
Glad I could deliver! Since Zelda is my most requested music, I’ll be doing Zelda covers for years to come 👀
The composer went really hard on LoZ soundtracks. These are masterpieces.
Koji Kondo goes hard on everything
Absolutely beautiful and beyond any words
You all have made a difference with your kind words. Thank you!
you know it's good when it gives a feeling of nostalgia, even if you've played the game recently.
Absolutely
This seriously brought me to tears. Beautiful.
I keep coming back to this video, it's like meeting an old friend

This brought back so much nostalgia. Amazing work.
Good job!
Appreciate your opinion! 🙌🏼
Absolute chills, this is one of the greatest videos i've ever listend to.
Thank you for your kind words 🥹
I went back 20+ years with these melodies… and every time I listen to one of these (either in this video or in some other videos), I always remember the great memories I have from this game… or I should say THE GREATEST GAME EVER at that time.
The nostalgia is real! To me it represents some of the most blissful times of my life!
This is so soothing to me. All of my favorite songs. Thanks, person or Thank you, person
I’m glad you enjoy them 😊 hope you like Majora’s Mask because I should be coming out it’s version in a month or two
@@RyanZPianoGuy i truly love majora's mask! the music in it is divine. i'm sure your performance will be great
I released it a couple weeks ago 👀
Man i don't know i Eric has done something like this, but yours was way better than anything he could have done.
Its been a long time waiting, but it definitely paid off. Congrats Man!
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Depends how you look at it! Erik’s OoT medley is pretty impressive, but mine is an hour and a half longer than his. He also did his in one take 🤔 but thanks, it was definitely quite the accomplishment for me! 😁
@@RyanZPianoGuy Ya Great job!
your contributions to the ZELDA Community have been AMAZING!!!
@@HayWireMtg I love this comment, thank you ☺️
These arrangements are fantastic! True to the source, with some added flair. I love it!
This is incredible! Can't wait to watch the whole thing - had no idea how crazy you went on the Kaepora Gaebora theme btw haha
Haha I loved doing that cover! I kind of got carried away 😅
Thank you so much for all your hard work on this arrangement ❤
My pleasure:)
I believe this is the best arrangement on TH-cam, well done!
Thank you! 😁
Your Gerudo Valley is unbelievable, well freaking done my man
Thanks my guy 👊🏼
Great fairy fountain is perfect. "there is no such thing as perfect" people can shut it cause this is it! this is perfect.
I've been wanting to take piano lessons for awhile now. I took 3 years of guitar a long time ago... I have a two year old and when he gets older, I hope he has music in his life and hears it and feels it the way I do.
This video is that final nudge to buy a piano/keyboard and get started.
Subbed.
My friend, keep me posted on your journey!
Lol
😨 oh shoot, best of luck getting a decent keyboard. I got a defective piano once. They let me keep it for free haha
Then I started listening to your rendition and you simply nailed it 🌹🌹🌹💯💯💯💯
Thank you!! Appreciate you tuning in! 😊
i wanted to heard it while i was stunding, but it was that epic, that i can't just no watching this master piece video
Incredible job! I love this soundtrack and you just made it feel so powerful!
Glad to add something to your day:)
First! What a mad lad! 1:44:00 long!😱 You The real MVP!
2 and a half years and it’s finally finished 💪🏼
Lo más bello que escuchado en TH-cam... Gracias por tu trabajo.
Congratulations on completing the soundtrack!
Thank you 😊
Kotake and Koume theme when the 4 hands kick in *Chefs kiss*

When the music is so good it sets your soul free.
Thank you, your love for this music is felt greatly. You've captured the soul of this and truly expressed it for all to hear, feel and see.
Appreciate you sharing that with me:)
Well I appreciate you first. Lol! Cheers my dude, may you shine in all you do.
