    Okay, this workout was amazing! I was dripping with sweat by the end. I loved that each circuit only repeated once; I think that's perfect. Great mix of moves. That last cardio circuit...wow! Thank you so much!

    Love your channel, Heather! I started working out to your channel when COVID hit, my HIIT GYM closed and I was worried about keeping my muscle tone.     45 MINUTES felt like forever, but I'll stop whining because I'm seeing crazy results. Abs!! And toned legs.. who am I? And without being a gym rat, just 30 minutes 5 days a week. Not a bad trade for years of health restored. Love these workouts! Thank you thank you!

    Heather, I love your workouts! I have tried several different programs out there and for me, these are nicely balanced workouts. I sometimes still add glut finishers a couple times per week just for my own personal fitness goals. Your workouts are challenging, and I don’t feel at risk for an injury, unlike some of these crazy routines out there. I’m a physical therapist, so that’s important to me. I’m also 58 years old. I would gladly subscribe monthly if you have a workout schedule to follow. I think a lot of us could use direction on a balanced fitness protocol.

    This is JUST what I was looking for. Even though the workout itself is difficult, it really suits my tempo, and especially the 20 second rest just makes it perfect. It's the one the best things about this workout!

    I've noticed my core got stronger after this workout. I can now do those floor exercises that I cannot execute before. So glad I pushed myself to finish this brutal but amazing workout.

    I have been working out regularly for about 3 years now and tried various types of workouts like Tabata, HIIT, rope skipping, strength training, kickboxing etc and I thought I had worked every muscle in my body till I discovered your videos. I randomly found one of your videos with weight and did it all the way. And the next day those muscles were sore which never got worked before. So I am doing more of your workouts. They are amazing and just as challenging.

    Heather, freaking WOW! This entire workout was a little (a lot) above my level, but made it through 80 %.... The last round - GOD HELP PLEASE! Swore a few times....     This workout is great because it helps you define Exactly what you need to work on. I was able to life very heavy weights (30+) in the legs and moderate in the arms (15-10), but the crossbody punches? Struggles with my 3lbs! Exhausted by the end and those finishing cardio are killer. Love love!! Please post more!!
