- Ep. 82 - In this video, we look under the hood to see what's different about the new SwingFit Studio. With more than 5500 total square feet under the roof, we knew we had to do something special, something different, and something unique, to ensure our Indoor Golf Studio just wasn't another lipstick-on-a-pig type of project. With 5 dedicated bays, 3 for practice and play, and 2 for Club Fittings, we are now able to separate the two areas, to improve the overall fitting experience by removing any unnecessary distractions. In addition, we have a new guest lounge and a larger Putter Fitting area. While still utilizing the Foresight GC Quad Launch Monitors to capture all of the pertinent Club and Ball data to perform all of the club fittings and simulator practice/play sessions, we do switch it up for the putting application, as we use the Quintic Putting solution for all of our Putter Fits. Although this technology is quite costly, it is undeniably the best in the industry and is preferred by the Best Club Fitters across the globe. The project took just a little over 6 months to complete, and now that she's done, the facility is valued at just over a Million dollars. Of course, the exotic KOI tank and the 19th-hole lounge played a small part, but we wouldn’t have done it any other way. To think that it was just a little over 5 years ago that we were still working out of the basement, and to see what we’ve been able to create in a small rural town in West Virginia, is something I don’t take for granted. I fully understand if it were not for the opportunity to help literally thousands of golfers play better golf, then we would likely still be in the basement, and for this very reason, I’ll forever be grateful that what once was a vision and dream is now something people can physically touch.
