Looks like a 64. Also, if your cylinders are worn excessively and have already been bored, you are not "kinda out of luck" they can be sleeved and made actually better than new. I have 2 sleeved cubs

My wife put diesel in my '47 Cub and now the engine is seized. I'm going to tear it apart and try to rebuild.
