UIET is good college... I am 2005 cs passout from govt engg raipur chattishgarh(don't know which tier it will fit in)....frankly did not understood datastructure and algo during college days).luckily worked on project based on 'c' at my first company. my friends(who were not from known college)at the firm helped me understand/learn at initial days. So one has to have good logic.college will help you to get calls.

Make short video upto 10 mins , but complete all important questions u asking in interviews, it's will increase ur correct and watch times also

Mcdonalds aur kfc ke jo servants hote hain woh log bhi Google Google mein job kar rahe hain sirf ooper likhe syllabus ko honestly follow kiya unhone.
sirf faang hii sabkuchh nahi hai aur bhi dher saari companies hain jo inse jyada salary aur lifestyle deti hai.

No criteria
You must be very good in DSA and problem solving, system design, oops, dbms, computer networking and you must have atleast 2 live projects to show and talk about in the interview
We can't call it tier 3 it's somewhere around 2 and 2.5
