PLZ ADVICE / ANSWER THIS :
M in a support job for exactly a year now - Service Based - 1YOE ... I definitely want to switch to Firstly a better Dev domain ( progressing to PBCs on the way ) .
But my question is -- its been an Year .. learning in my job has been next to nothing .. I tried to target many companies for 6-8lpa + but most of them dont even want to wait for 3 months ( my notice period )
But the only good part of my current job is that I Get a lot lot of time free ...
So a lot of people suggest to hone my coding DSA Skills .. which i've been doing for a few months now ... and target for better .... .rather than moving to some lower targets where you may even not get enough time to prepare and jump later to PBCs ...
My doubt is will my work experience make it tough for me to enter PBCs if I am unluckily stuck in a support task ... ?
How do i get out of this ...
Anyone with any relatable situations or anyone can advice something .. highly appreciated plz do reply .. your reply would mean a lot to me
Hello, I'm in a similar situation where I work in a service based company in a testing role and am targeting good PBC's. My advise to you would be to stay consistent with DSA problems, build a good Leetcode profile, have 1 or 2 full stack web development projects, create a good resume with keywords and start reaching out to recruiters and employees on LinkedIn with Job ID's to ask for referrals. If you have good projects in your resume then your previous work experience in support role will not matter much.

I am still continuing the DSA with the popular questions .. that have tricks and patterns to be known to solve them ... m learning them will surely take time ... Bigger topics like Graphs and DPs i've never touched before .. i'll have to do those too ..
And for the project part .. i've done React and m moving slowly to MERN ...

I don't know how Scaler works or anything ... But there are alot of resources out there... Take your time and make a decision ... Ultimately it will only help you if you put in the time and effort

Becoz of his one blunder in 12th board he has to reappear in class 12th this mistake is because of schl teacher and that's he has to reappear his appearing year will be twice he has not given mains yet
Nobody is ready to help and suggest him this blunder happen becoz of his schl teacher his 12th result is only 57%and supply in math and schl teacher again misguide him that this is rule he has to reappear in class 12means appear in class 12th twice but his passing year will be 2023 so will he be eligible for adv
His carrier will ruin will he be eligible for adv
He definately secure rank under 50 his prep his very good but 12th ka kya kare
He is crying like hell even he is brilliant student
