In this podcast, Shakra shares her journey of switching from the role of a tester to a data analyst. It took her nearly 100 days to prepare, apply and get interviews. But it involves a lot of challenges as Shakra didn't code at all before she joined Cognizant as a tester. I asked Shakra about the challenges she faced, her preparation strategy, and how she got such a good offer in just 100 days.

to those who are not able to convert 600% hike from 1.5LPA is 9LPA which is respectable in current market scenario. Kudos to the achiever.

Buddy 600% hike means that her current package + 600%. That will be 1.5 L +9 L equal 10.5 Lakh in hand or base.
@@capedbaldy1046 she said she is 2021 batch passout and joined cognizant as a fresher..I am also 2021 batch passout.. joined cognizant but the package is 2.5 lpa not 1.5 lpa..I don't know why she is saying 1.5 lpa
@@Sweta_55 maybe she is saying base pay 1.5 lakh but then she should also mention that the 17 lakh she is mentioning is not base pay of Myntra. To be honest I don't think so she started from scratch and got job in 100 days .

Being an engineering student at the time of enrollment i was thinking that the data analytics and developer jobs only for us,
But I was totally wrong if you have skills then you will be always able to grab anything.
Its totally inspirational for me to motivate myself I have enough knowledge of data structure as well then definately i will got a good one :)

In this time of layoffs I was feeling depressed. I was sitting unemployed at home after 6 months logon ne NIKAMMA samajh liya tha, Then gave a walk in Interview and finally got a job offer. Salary is not great but it's ok because it will give me enough freedom to prepare for future switches and make me better equipped.
This podcast was really inspiring as I was afraid that I may not be able to achieve big.

For your kind information I am also from Marwari College Ranchi 2015-18 batch ,we got lot of exposure and 80-90% of my batchmate are earning 6 digits salary per month.
Bhai i had experience in startup of 1 yr as iOS developer but now my project got completed and they shutdown that startup, i don't want to get into iOS from now onwards I want to change my tech stack how to proceed to product based companies as reactjs or MERN Stack developer as 1 yr experienced how should I proceed? Should I join service based or product based please reply me , now because of recession no calls and referral also not working very well because of recession how to switch with 1 yr experience to product based companies

Is hs marks required for pleasment on product base company like Amazon , Microsoft....
As a developer, I accept that we think testers are inferior to us also the number of bugs they assign to developers it's plus point for their job but it minus point for our job, that means when a tester can find lots of bugs they will get good ratings in performance but the developer whom they assign the bugs he/she will get negetive or bad performance rating.

3.agar course completekiya hai aisa dikhate hai to kya uska certificate hona jaruri hai?
4. SQL ka knowledge kaisa hona chahiye matlab intermediate or advance level?
5. kitne months me yah course complete ho sakta hai agar hume sql aur python basic pata hai to?
