Haven't been to that one, but have been going to the MN Renaissance Festival for 35 years, not every year, but often enough. It's entirely possible to spend a thousand or more, like if you were to buy a really nice sword. Went last weekend, and I think that I spent a little over $100. Got some cool bronze earrings, and food and mead. I was there all day and shared food with friends. Was well worth the expense, had a great time.
Wait. I know that gate. And dead land, under the blistering sun while people cant breathe thanks to the elevation. Thats from the Colorado Renaissance fair.
We just went to a renaissance fair and for 2 turkey legs and 2 sausages on a stick $36 alone. Crazy lol definitely not worth what they charge but it was still an experience
$48 at ren faire is like a drink and some fries 😂
It really is 😭
@@amandacosplays Did she tip tho? Cause if she did, that's genuinely impressive budgeting!
I work at my local Ren Faire, this is accurate 😂
@HippieElfChick85 you are living my dream! That's my dream is to be a vendor at the ohio ren faire. Maybe one day lol
“0 because I spent yours is such a mood” lol 😂
First lady impressed me, I could never 😅
The restraint is unmatched
I sadly spent $800 no I’m not actually sad about it but it hurt a bit but damn people make great cloaks and great swords ⚔️
20-25 to get in the door, 50-75 food/drinks, $25,383.51 on stuff i gotta have like the authentic goblin king sword....goblins are real right?
Based on my knowledge of that specific ren faire honestly it’s not hard to go either really really cheap or really really expensive.

I went 2 weekends and I probably spent around $200 including the tickets. The trick is to go by yourself! I spent more money when I had friends lol
