I'm an adult 33 year old mom with a late Autism and recently ADHD diagnosis, and I've tried Ritalin, Dexamfetamine and LisDesamfetamine,and the side affects are really getting to me. I also have hEDS and my pain has gotten so much worse that the exercises I do to help my pain symptoms have even become almost impossible. I've stopped now for a few days but have been looking for natural ways to live with my brain (for a lack of better words). Thank you for any information you can share! ❤

Side effects usually means the dose is too high.
