The Stages of Change: 1. Uninformed Optimism 2. Informed Pessimism 3. The Abyss of Meaning (Valley of Despair) 4. Crossroads: Crash & Burn or Informed Optimism 5. You will inevitably encounter the Abyss of Meaning, where you question your path and your very existence😂. Here, you face a critical decision: crash and burn, chasing the allure of novelty; or persist, evolving into an informed optimist who actually achieves something. Uninformed Optimism ➡️ Informed Pessimism ➡️ The Abyss of Meaning ➡️ Crossroads: Crash & Burn or Informed Optimism ➡️ Triumph. True success demands unwavering commitment in one direction - depth. Constantly switching at the first sign of difficulty grants breadth but no mastery, leaving you a Jack of all trades. Often, genuine achievement awaits just beyond your lowest point. I have been learning about copywriting for a month and have watched many videos from different channels, but i got the most value from you guys, especially YOU alex( 5 hour vid). I just got a laptop and I am ready to start research and write copies. I will also join patreon and i thank you guys for making it budget friendly because I am not in a great financial situation. Yes, I know truth is bitter, but in order to be at top, one must be the hardest working person in the room.
3,500 pounds a month for me would be sufficient. I’m not interested in consulting bosses how to run their marketing campaigns. Just interested in getting the copy brief and writing. I don’t even want to meet them in person. I want to be a digital nomad and if copywriting can subsidise that, that’s good enough for me.
I'm currently in a university dorm with my expenses covered for the next 5 years. My goal is to master copywriting during this time, and with perseverance and, God willing, smart savings, I aim to earn a substantial income once this period ends.
Writing & reading copy, and thinking of an idea a day has helped improve my copy over the months. Also shown me how bad I was starting out an year ago. And it seems to me this habit indirectly land me few amazing reviews and a slight increment in my pay. If anyone starting out feels bummed out after watching this video. (which you shouldn't feel) Go through this channel's copywriting 2023 video and the 5hr alex copywriting fundamentals video. And take action.
