    Super cool! I am feeling inspired. I have a Stormtrooper helmet that needs some armor.😊

    This is the content cosplayers didn't know they needed🙌🙌 If you made a series about the black queensuard armour from the last seasons of GoT (The armour the mountain wore) I would forever be in your debt 😂😂

    Would you do the phase two clone wars style helmet because the movie one and the clone wars tv show helmets are different

    I would be very short for a Stormtrooper.

    At 3:53, did you attach the bottom strip to the thigh part AFTER you made it into a cylinder?

    Do you have an itemized list of suggested supplies needed to make the armor? I want to make sure I have everything before I start.

      There's a list of all of the required materials and tools needed in the product description on Etsy. I don't have a list of specific tools because the best option will change depending on your location and budget.

    Hi Tristan, I just ordered the armor and helmet. Trying to get this done before halloween for my daughter. She's 4'9" and by the chart I should print it at 80%. She is super thin and I was wondering if I should print at 75% or will that be too short for her.
    Thanks, we are excited to do this!,
    Jason

      I would recommend going with 80% and adjusting the parts after building the armor.

    Stupid question. Did you recommend for the glue to dry and get “tacky” before putting pieces together?

    • @TristanMaker
      @TristanMaker  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes exactly. Once it isn't sticky but only tacky, that's when you want to stick the parts together.

    Would still love to see you do the Rogue One Tank Trooper. All the templates I find just don't measure up to your impeccable work

    Will you be making a new helmet to go with it?

      I don't think so. I'm pretty happy with the one I have.

    I know this question will probably be answered in Part 3, but what do you use to attach the armor to yourself, and to what? I’m just curious because I’m currently working on this for Halloween, and just want to get a head start on the last step. Is it Velcro to a black one piece suit? I got a black turtleneck and eventually will get pants, I would rather go with two pieces if that’s possible.

      Good for you the part 3 just came out so you can see exactly how I did it! :)

    How thick is the eva foam used?

    • @TristanMaker
      @TristanMaker  ปีที่แล้ว

      Most was 8mm thick, but other thicknesses used are specified on the templates and in the product description on Etsy.
