Thanks for your reaction. Another fun remake of this song. I like that Rob started out the song & then Austin came in later & of course the other guys added their special touches in the background. Always enjoy Tim's low growl. The guys all had such funny grumpy faces, especially Tim. Like how it started in black & white & then shifted to color when they put on the glasses. I noticed they had the same girl & guy who were the fire dancers in "Playing With Fire" in the background as extras.
They do use instruments once in awhile. If they do, the instrument is plainly seen. Check out their collaboration with Don McClean of Vincent (aka Starry Starry Night) recently. They use just guitar.

My favorite low note of Tim is on Brothers in Arms. Not necessarily his lowest note, but he sounds like the lowest note on a pipe organ. I'd recommend listening to Austin Brown singing "Bring Him Home". And have you reacted to, "Two Country Singers Try Singing Opera?" Its on Austins channel. I'd also recommend his Stargazer trilogy - its about time you met his lovely wife Amberly. She's just as crazy as he is. And ... I got to hear another reactor listen to HF's cover of the Beach Boys "Little Saint Nick" (4k version) on Friday Adam actually gets to sing a whole verse and the audience couldnt believe it! They were shocked, I tell you! The reactor couldnt believe it (he worships Adam). What made it even better is I arranged for Adam to call him via Zoom for a Q&A last week. I dont know if Adam will agree for it to be filmed, but fingers crossed. 🤞
As always, their singing, harmonies & beatboxing are terrific. I love the concept of the song as embodied in their rendition & video: that perception is reality and that one person's optimism (see the world through rose coloured glasses) can spread to others. Happy that you are sharing your Home Free experience with your friends. They sang this song when they were competing on the Sing Off in 2013. This helped cinch their win and in some ways I like their sing off version better than this one. How ever their seeing life through "rose colored glasses" theme is a great addition to the story. Love It! For a crazy low note from Tim check out his collaboration with Peter Hollens On "The Misty Mountains " from the Hobbit. He holds that last low note so long you can see the camera vibrate. He hits an A sharp 1 also a G flat 1, the same note and that is low!
