Great video, i want to swap my mudman from a negative display to a positive display. I got a question to ask. When u took out the original polarize filter, can it be put back easily without the need of using any glue? i planning to just turn the polarize filter 90 degree and turn it to positive display,

yes you can, you just have to rotate the film 90°. You can go from positive to negative and the other way around just by rotating the polarizing film.

Please do the casio g shock gd 400 with the red digits to a positive display with a reddish display with black numbers, like the red model of the gd400, it would look nice on that g shock model and with better Readability in low light conditions.

I’m guessing the second layer would be at the back of the watch. Haven’t tried to find it yet though. I’m not sure about the glasses part, haven’t had any issues with it but I’ll look into this soon. Sounds interesting. 😃

@@gshockhighfashion hello sir. after a few trial and error, i'm 99% sure that casio use 45/135 degree polarizer in their digital watches. to rectify problems display goes "blacked" after change polarizer (most probably the 0/90 degree) when looking at the watch while using/wearing polarised sunglasses. my solutions is to change the polarizer with 45/135 degree polarizer sheet. now everything back to normal again and i could read my watches without tilting my head over or angled my wrist while wearing polarised sunglasses. this is just to let you know. sorry for my bad english. cheers.

You can change both polarizer front & back and make it negative. The light comes from different source, the EL panel, the color remains the same.

Giovanni Stanford If the polarizer already have glue/sticky sides then no problem.
You could also tried to just tape the polarizer at the corner. Whatever works, as long as it stays in place.
If you gonna glue it, you'll need special type of glue. Ones that is clear and clean when dried. Usually used on smartphones display panel.
