- This time we have covered the best sindhi street food place in Ulhasnagar called Doli Nasta house. This place is known for the Dal pakvan - A Sindhi dish that is lot spoken about. While whole of the city has the stalls that serve dal pakvan early morning, this one has a specific different taste that immediately develops your fondness for it. Dal Pakvan is a dish that has Chana dal served with Pakvan - a crisp fried maida roti along with green chutney and the sour tamarind chutney.

Looks delicious! All those amazing spices, seasonings and salt from sweat. And I love how eco friendly they are. Minimising the use of plastics like gloves and etc. I hope they do not waste water from unnecessary hand washing too. Quite literally the best!

Just place the container right above the pot and not the side pf it while they put so that it won’t be spilled. It doesn’t take too much time and keep the place much cleaner, as well as the respect for food by not wasting them.

Working so fast that you spill and end up wasting the very product you’re supposed to be selling is not working hard. It’s just stupid and your ability to make profit suffers. Working like this gives the illusion of working hard but it’s not very smart. I never work hard. But I always work smart. I appreciate restaurants with clean, hygienic, and precise service. And I will gladly pay and wait for that cleanliness and precision. How can you make any money when you’re spilling many kilograms of food per year that you could be selling if you actually took the time to serve it properly without wasting it? The service is fast but it’s very sloppy. Fast doesn’t always equal excellent. And this is far from excellent!

I can afford better. I will pay for better service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. People eat this stuff precisely because they cannot do any better.

They can afford to work in large portions, the tiny spillage is no consequence for how big the vats are. It's not even much spill at all, the spillage isn't overflow it's from working too fast
