I would definitely try that. This is the cleanest Indian street food stand I have seen. I cannot really spot anything that looks dirty. Even the cooks fingernails look clean. That plate looks pretty good at the end.

People might say it's not the best But I belong to Punjab and I can say it's a very good representation of chole bhature and one can definately enjoy this in Bangalore now on HSR layout 27th Main
